A nice accessory for your K3, but the PRINTING IS VERY VERY SMALL
For some reason the Nifty people haven't latched onto the fact that 90% of their customers for books about expensive radios are more likely as not to require GLASSES to read even normal sized print. Publications like this, as useful as they might be, are more difficult to read than they need to be. It would be more useful to increase the font size and expand the book by a few extra pages. You can afford it as you charge a pretty penny for these anyway. I don't want information presented to me in as compact a format as you can possibly manage. I want it presented to me in a compact AND useful format, with the latter being the most important.

Very Small Font Size - Difficult to Read
While the Nifty Mini-Manual for the Elecraft KX3 is written using Arial font, the size 6 font is still very small! While it is not as bad as the manual for the Yaesu FT-857 which is written in Comic San Serif, it is still not user friendly. Given that the purpose of these manuals is to allow the user to have quick reference and be able to access the information quickly, the small size font and difficulty of use makes it pretty much worthless. And no, it is not the case I need reading glasses. Save yourself the pain of getting these manuals and wasting your time to return them which is what I am doing now...
