Don't buy this. The service is worst..
I have bought an Aquaguard UTC RO +UV. It is under warranty. It was installed on 03-08-2026. Started using it on 28-08-2026 when I moved in my new home. On 29-08-2026, the UTC stopped working and I had to call the technician. He came, did some things and the UTC started working. Then on 30-08-2026, the UTC again stopped working. Called and scheduled a visit for same day, he came on 31-08-2026. He said PCB is defective and needs to be replaced. Order was placed. Its 07-09-2026 today and I am still waiting for the spare part. This is the level of customer service. I called the customer care many times and they fail to provide any resolution. They are just highlighting the matter and nothing happens. How do you expect someone to drink bad water for 8-9 days? Or does Eureka Forbes want every customer to install another Kent/Livpure/any RO just in case its Machine stops working... Pathetic experience from service side. Was planning to buy Robovacuum, but seeing the kind of great service experience I am having, I don't think Eureka Forbes is good option for me. Never recommending Eureka Forbes to anyone. Please buy something else. Havells is great, Kent is also good option. Don't think this is isolated incident. One of my friend is also having Vector RO, and he is also facing problems related to service. Therfore, he opted out of AMC once the warranty is over..
