I add these to simple noodles or fried rice or soup, it elevates its taste. I like that this is all from natural source, no artificial ingredient. I am taking one star off because it is quite pricey for such a small bag. I think this would eventually make its way to Costco, if its not already there. Or any substitute would probably be cheaper. I may not buy this again just because of the price point.

The little beads of mushroom powder are the size of uncooked couscous. Two or three tablespoons adds great flavor to a pot of soup.

Works as advertised. Makes every things taste better. Did not get 5 stars because of salt content. 260mg per half tea spoon. Not a whole lot but more than enough to make things saltier.
