A: Please ensure the correct adapter is selected from the 9 incuded sizes and that the lock bodyis fimly secured to the door using the provided achesive pads if needed.

**Q: If I don’t have a compatible hub, can I still use the lock?**
A: Yes. You can still use the basic features via Bluetooth in the Aqara app (like adding fingerprints, passcodes, and Auto Lock). However, features such as Home Key, remote unlocking, and automations will not be available.
