These have performed way better than I thought they would. They do come with batteries already in them, so the devices are on. I simply removed them and saved the batteries for when I need them. I'm currently using 4 of the six throughout my room and house. They are all pretty accurate. They only differ by 1 to 2 degrees from each other, but the humidity is spot on (they correspond to the distance to the window or humidifier). I bought these to track the humidity in my room because I have birds and plants in my room. The devices are small, black, and don't look bad at all. They were able to regulate themselves within 3-5 minutes. The response time is about 1 minute. They respond to changes in humidity almost instantly after calibrating to your area. In my experience, these testers are more valuable than 5 dollars. They have been extremely helpful to me. My budgie needs stable humidity levels due to his health and they let me know almost immediately when I need to turn my humidifier on and off. They are also very durable and have held up well. I would for sure purchase again, and I recommend this item.

Pretty decent precision for a cheap device. The 6 of them are within 1°F and a couple percentage points of humidity of each other and my other inexpensive weather stations.

Great for the cigar humidors I have. Only issue, is I have already replaced the batteries in 4 of them. Work great though and convenient to have.

Love that the set comes with batteries already in each unit, plus spares. Nice simple look and compact size that is easy enough to read and convenient to keep around. Not extremely precise, but well within reason and the trend is more important anyways. And at this price the expectations should not be so high - great price for so many of them. Overall great product!

The picture says it all. Here is the product still in the bag. Please note the rather wide range of values that these little things read -- in the EXACT same setting. They'll do for a ballpark, but if you are looking for any level of real accuracy, I think I'd look elsewhere. That said, they are at least *somewhat* congruent in their readings, and let's face it -- these are cheap as dirt! So, you get what you pay for, and if you are looking for dirt cheap little thermo-hygrometers to ballpark-estimate your conditions, they won't break the bank. Just be aware that they aren't going to give you terribly precise measurements -- at all.

These are great and accurate. Just wish they had the temperature as the larger number instead of the humidity. Personal preference. They're small so easy to put pretty much anywhere but it does make it more difficult to read the temperature from a distance.

All are working perfectly and have been accurate. Very responsive to changes. Would repurchase.

Having six of these compact units (for around 3 months) to corroborate the information from the few other reliable units I own is great. I didn't hesitate to discard the other unreliable units and keep my three reliable units & these six for a total of nine and that gives me a lot of added peace of mind. Having set these up in quite a few different configurations to test variables and transitions between different levels and areas of my home I report that these haveexceeded my expectations by a long shot. All 6 are consistently accurate . Only 3/10 of a degree of deviation on one of the units on temp and one degree of deviation on RH on one other unit. For my purposes that is near perfection. Outstanding value. This Vaikby 6-pack mini digital thermometer / hygrometer has earned my highest recommendation.

There were 2 out of the bunch that showed 1% difference in relative humidity and/or one degree temperature difference. I considered this very, very good. When you buy only one it's impossible to know how accurate it is. The rectangular ones take 2 batteries, but the round ones use only one battery so I assume that the round ones might need battery replacement more often, like every year instead of every two years. But, lots of extra batteries are included. A very good deal in my opinion. They also fit easily into one liter mason jars with the narrow lids.

Amazon, how do you get away with this? on the front page it says you can change from degrees between. C/F. This is the purchase that is turning me. This is false advertising. You must be held to the same advertising standards as every other merchant.

Solamente el termómetro redondo se puede cambiar a °C, los rectangulares no. Además, al ponerlos todos en un mismo sitio, mostraban variabilidad de 1-2 grados entre ellos. Pedí un reembolso.
