Great for Rubicon X
Great item for the Rubicon X - fits perfectly and is sturdy. Like others I found the magnet not strong enough but I replaced it with another and it's perfect.

Garbage in less than a month.
This is a piece of junk and made from cheap materials. Less than 1 month of use, it no longer sits/sticks at the rubber ring attachment joint where you can adjust it. Tightening it only made it crack & now it's totally useless.

High quality product
The product is made of a very durable material and looks great mounted. The arm, after mounting, is very versatile when you have to reposition the holder. The magnet has a strong gauss to prevent the cellphone from becoming dislodged when riding over rugged terrain.

Revised review
Great at first but kept losing tension to hold the phone. Ended up breaking in two and fell apart where the horizontal piece meets the ball mount on the dash. You will like it for a week and hate it when you try to tighten it. Stay far far away from this one. Complete junk. REVISED REVIEW - vendor reached out immediately and sent an updated model which seems to be working well.

Ok for price - magnet a joke - my fault not reading must add plates
Decent for the price. Gift for my husband. we installed on the passenger side as driver side kinda in the way. He really just wanted some place to keep the phone as in the electrics there is even less useable storgage space and he (and I) both hate the spot in between the cup holders. We dont off-road but seems sturdy enough. I would not by again though only bc i didnt read throughly enough and you need to install the magnet plate on your phone even if phone has a magnet - the mount magnet is a joke - i happened to have a spare that is strong so I replaced that part but if i didnt have a spare i likely would have returned this

Much better than those suction cup stick on types.
I like products that work as described. Installed easily on my 2024 Wrangler just like in the pics and video. No issues, works great.

Cheaply made and short life span.
I bought two of these for a 2025 wrangler and liked it for about 6 weeks before noticing that they both broke at the ball joint ends. They cracked and cause the mounts to move around which defeats the purpose. Of course they broke after the return window but you get what you pay for. I’ll be upgrading to another brand.

Cheap quality only lasted 3 months
It broke after 3 months. The clamp for the ball joint cracked in multiple places possibly from the sun. One crack snapped and can no longer reattach.
