Tried to call for Technical assistance and nobody responds

I purchased this monitor only to realize that many of the functions are not working. I see that other Feelworld monitors have firmware updates. I contacted Feelworld and they said there is no update for the FW759. This product shouldn't be sold if the company can't offer updates.

The cable provider does not fit my Sony a6300 which cable do I need to connect the monitor to the camera?

There are three different sizes of HDMI connectors. "Standard"/"Normal"/"Full" size, "Mini-HDMI", and "Micro HDMI" Similar to the three different sizes of USB connectors. The input to the Freeworld FW759 is a full-size HDMI connector. It is supplied with a Full-size to MINI-HDMI cable. But your Sony a6300 appears to take a "Micro-HDMI" connector. So you need a Full-size to Micro-HDMI cable.
