My expectations were exceeded on my Vicrays set. And their customer service is outstanding. I recommend 100%:

I generally don’t write reviews but this item is special. It came well packaged and color looked great, although a bit different from the picture on Amazon. I have the cappuccino cups and they are perfect to make cappuccino. The size and shape of these cups is just what you need to make a great cup of cappuccino.I like them so much that I ordered a second set a few days after the first set came.

Like the design, finish, and quality. The slight variation in finish that make each cup just slightly different is attractive to me.

The color actually looks like a flat dark/navy blue with not a lot of color variation as shown in the Amazon pics. That picture shown looks more artistic with lighter blues mixed with dark blue. When the camera took a picture of them in the light you see a bit of the lighter gradation, but mostly they look flat navy blue. However, I still love them and the oval shaped saucers are cute and unique.

I like the cups well enough, but I expected some color variation. They are just blue cups.

We recently bought a cappuccino machine and wanted some nice cups with saucers for when we entertain. We love them so much that we use them daily now for ourselves. They are the perfect size, they are well made and are just beautiful. We feel like we are in a cafe each morning. What a treat. Just love them.

This set punches way above its class. I saw almost no flaws, in terms of color and form, with all 8 pieces. No unfinished surface. Comfortable to hold with a full cup. This was so well packaged for transit the original packaging is saved. Would buy from them again.

They look awesome, fair price too. They are a Christmas gift but sure she will love them.

The media could not be loaded. Such beautiful cups but I'm so sad I've just gone to put them in my cupboard for Christmas and seen that one cup handle has come off. I coukd cry I don't want to return these (amazon is only given me this choice) I love them so much and was just about to order the larger mugs. They're so wonderfully made and the perfect size for after dinner coffee.Can you help me please! Would it be possible to replace this one cup??
