Great Taste!
These electrolyte sticks dissolve nicely with no clumping. I usually shake the bottle for 5 seconds and then I like to put it in the freezer. About an hour later when I return from my workout, it's a nice mix of liquid and ice!

Intense flavors
The flavor is slightly more intense than the dralot brand (that is unavailable). And it’s a little more salty which is ok since my job is more stressful and physical. And sometimes I mix the packets with regular Gatorade to make it more sweeter

Great for the elderly
These taste great and do the job. My 90 year old mother suffers from dehydration at times causing weakness in her legs. she now drinks more water and these packets provide her with the electrolytes she was lacking

Helped eliminate leg cramps
I suffer from severe leg cramps during the day and especially at night. I tried potassium and magnesium, however, it didn’t help. I have not had any cramps since I started using this product. I will keep it as a staple in my home.

Variety pack only waste of money
Certain flavors taste great others not so much. Extremely disappointed that they discontinued being able to order a whole pack of one flavor. I used to order grape only. The fig is just awful. Looking for another product.
