Good quality will last many seasons. Happy with my purchase although they're not inexpensive compared to other flimsy trays out there. Invest wisely in Bootstrap or replace your flimsy trays every couple years, it adds up!

Awesome trays, great quality and very durable.

My order was DOA as the bottom few trays were cracked. There was no visible damage to the outside box, so I'd say that it's 20% shipper's fault and 80% seller's fault. The packaging doesn't prevent the trays from cracking or disintegrating on impact. With that said, it's not reasonable to expect plastic trays to be indestructible. These are the single most sturdy trays I have used. They are extremely easy to handle thanks to the thick PP construct. I never get the feeling that the tray would twist or fold. Stacking is also much better when the top tray needs some extra weight. The weight distribution is a lot more even, again, thanks to the "extra strength" construct as marketed. The shallow tray also makes it easier to harvest microgreens. I think I'm switching mostly to the shallow trays once I get a chance to try out the trays with no holes. Now I just wish they would make 10x10 shallow trays, preferably without holes:-D Niche crops really don't need 1020 and 5x5 is only good for decoration.

These trays are great, they are definitely pricey compared to home stores, but the quality is proportionately better. I had trays from menards, and it was impossible to hold the tray with one hand without it breaking. The drainage is also much better on these because there's cross-channels between the rows. The real purpose of this review is to get some customer service from amazon since there's literally no other way to contact them right now. Side note to Amazon: I keep seeing random charges from amazon on my credit card statement. There may or may not be a perfectly good explanation, but there is NO WAY to contact amazon about it. Their help page says "call us by phone" but doesn't list a number. I googled the number and they have an automatic response that basically says "no customer service because of the virus." I'm not saying stop using amazon, I'm just saying be careful and check your bank statements, because I have unaccounted for charges over $50, and you may too.

These extra-strength trays from Bootstrap Farmer are perfect for Microgreens I grow for home use. I've used them for both a soil mixture and a hydroponic mat with equal success. The holes in the tray allow bottom watering and they can be nested in the shallow trays without holes sold by Bootstrap Farmer to drain or to cover when sprouted for weight. Pictured are a tray of radishes in these trays that I've just begun to harvest.

All bootstrap products so far are top notch! Incredible for starting a new business.

These are perfect for what I need. The combination of these trays that are shorter with the regular depth trays without holes make them perfect for a number of applications. I use these for microgreens and drilled 1" holes and use them with 1" rockwool plugs and net cups for hydroponics seed starts. All the cups are uniformly touching the solution in the tray and I am getting good seed starts. With other trays, the holes really weaken the tray so much that this type of set up is not possible, so I used plywood instead, but the solution destroys the plywood quickly. I really like these trays and switched over a number of my other trays to these. I will be buying more because I keep finding new uses for them, but really these are so well made, I expect that it will be long time before I need to replace any.

1er achat chez ce fabricant. Très contente car ils sont très résistants, se lavent bien et peu profond donc idéal pour utilisation micropousses. Ils sont dispendieux mais je crois qu’ils seront durables. Du Canada en raison des frais d’importation et de livraison. le coût était plus avantageux avec Amazon que directement par Boostrap Farmer (USA). Plateau avec trous; semblent suffisants. J’aime la couleur pr les distinguer avec ceux sans trous qui sont noirs!! Les encoches sur les côtés sont très pratiques et donnent une bonne prise pour soulever le plateau quand on les superpose. À l’essai maintenant…

The trays themselves are strong and sturdy and work great for seedlings. However, the way they were packaged by Amazon left them damaged during shipping. Many of the corners were broken off into small pieces, will keep them as it doesn't affect the whole tray. Just be aware that they might arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging. Other than that they are very good trays and I am already using them and work very well.
