I am very happy with these headphones. They connected easily, they fit great and the sound quality has been very good. They are an amazing value for the money. I use them with my MAC and have had no issues.

This headset is like the third I have bought (includes other companies). This headset was by far the cheapest and best made! The earpieces are comfortable and truly noise cancelling. My customers come through crisp and clear. My customers also hear me loud and clear. Best handset on the market hands down! It doesn't break the bank either. I also had an issue where I couldn't hear, but it was just my connection. I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly although the issue had been resolved. Best choice for work from home!

Not the most uncomfortable headset I've used, but it definitely makes the list. Used for 9 months before stress from the over-stiff headband broke off both earcups. Sound quality still leagues better than the crappy one they issued us for work, so I suppose it wasn't a total wash. You're spoiled for choice with respect to cheap headsets on amazon, so I'll definitely be replacing this with a different model. Would only recommend for folks with small heads.

These are perfect for call service workers. The sound is very good and they fit nicely on your ears and cancel out noise. The only issue I have found is the top is a bit big on my head but I still like them better than any previous pair I have had.

I work remotely for a major airline and needed a replacement headset due to chord was tangled and splitting on the one I received from my company. The replacement headset arrived quickly on February 17 just in time for me to log into work. The headset worked good until 24Feb. I was on a call with a passenger and all of a sudden I could not hear anything. At first, I thought my internet connection was lost. No that was working. I tried shutting down my computer and recycling my modem. I checked my settings to make sure device was recgonized. Still no sound. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to my office to complete my shift. Will be returning this device ASAP
