The magnets are really strong, which makes a huge difference. Everything clicks together properly and holds, so it doesn’t fall apart mid-build like some cheaper sets. The pieces feel solid and tactile too, not flimsy or paper-like at all, which makes them much more satisfying to handle. My son has ADHD, so his attention doesn’t stay for long periods, and we do have triggers in the home that can interrupt play. That said, he loved this. He kept coming back to it, which for us says a lot more than something holding attention for one long stretch. It’s also one of those toys that doesn’t feel restrictive. He could build in his own way without pressure, which really suited him. I was impressed enough that I’ve already ordered a second set so he can build bigger and expand on what he’s doing. Honestly, better than expected and actually gets used.
