I’m 53 and things aren’t what they used to be. First I haven’t exercised in God knows how long so suddenly working out has been a shocked to my body and my mind! Quality of powder: I’m currently in the early stages of the loading period ( 5g x 4 times a day.) so I can only attest to my first impressions: I bought the plain version because I personally don’t like added weird and fake flavours and sweeteners ( I haven’t tried the flavoured ones so I am not complaining about them in this particular product). As accurately described by others, this powder is tasteless and pretty fine and dissolves well. I first mix it well then drinks it straight. If you wait til it settles you will have a tiny deposit at the bottom. Mix it well again and the water is completely clear. I mostly take it with plain water but it can be mixed with protein shake, etc. Efficiency: As mentioned before it’s early days for me ( few days) but yesterday I didn’t feel like someone had bit the crap out of me and I had some clarity all day. Might be my mind playing tricks on me so I will report back on this at a later stage, promise!). I have also been going to the loo pretty often which is great, not for the obvious ‘number one’ but the other one. It’s a welcome ‘side effect’ for me because I have had issues in that department. UPDATE: As suspected, my bowels settled/ got used to it but I started needing to use the loo ( number 1 this time 🥴) quite often during the day. So be prepared. I found out that is a side effect. That eventually settled too. Again, easy to use. I have added it to sauces, tea, etc. Very versatile. Just make sure to drink water throughout the day as it can cause dehydration as the water is pulled into the muscles. It gave me a really dry mouth. On the positive sides it drives you to drink plenty of H20! ***NB: there is a tiny scoop inside! You might have to look for it as it’s transparent! At first I had fun trying to weight 3/5 grams at a time. Would be useful if the scoop was slightly coloured so it can be spotted in that massive quantity of powder.

I've seen a real positive impact after just a couple months of using this creatine - better recovery, less intense DOMS and the water into my muscles has had a noticeably visual impact. As expected, I've added around 2Kg in weight though. The powder broadly mixes well in cold liquids, it doesn't fully dissolve but a few good stirs and downing the drink is fine. There's a very, very minimal grittiness to it. I actually find mixing it into a hot drink is much more effective for dissolving so if you really cannot stomach it try mixing into a large tea or coffee. I had only a light stomach upset with this (under a normal loading phase, not accelerated) from time to time, and it disappeared completely after a couple of weeks. I also haven't seen any issues with hair loss either. The scoop can be really tricky to find though! It's a very clear plastic against a very white powder, and I've had to go digging around to try and find it when it disappears under the powder. I've managed to resolve this by taking a black Sharpie and colouring in the length of the handle. No more missing scoop! Peak Supps could easily resolve this by using a non-transparent plastic though. This is also easily the cheapest creatine I've found online. This, mixed with the outcomes I've experienced with taking it for the last couple of months, I'd strongly recommend trying this.
