They feel substantial and, after only two days seem to be improving the slight arthritic pain I experience in my hand Review: Beautiful to look at, and lovely to hold. Also good to keep your hands mobile and fit. - These are beautiful. I love stones anyway, so to find real stone made into balls for exercising my hands is right up my street. They do feel lovely in my hand, I chose these because I have short hands even for a female, and these seemed to be smaller than many others. The colours are exactly as in the ad, though I noticed someone else in the reviews got dark green and black. Mine are the lovely light green. I used youtube to work out what to do with them, it took about half an hour to go one way (with both hands, though not at once), but am still working on making the balls move in the other direction. Apparently they're very good for older people (I'm 73) and I'm all for keeping my hands fit and mobile! They certainly took me a little while, once you've got the hang of it, it's quite soothing to do, and can be done while watching tv or reading one handed as I did this morning. Highly recommended. ## Features - SOLID MARBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP Crafted from selected 1.4-inch solid marble, these hand massage balls offer a comfortable weight and smooth grip. Unlike hollow metal alternatives that easily crack or dent when dropped, our solid stone construction ensures long-lasting durability for daily desktop use and continuous finger training - 100% SILENT EXERCISE EXPERIENCE Designed as no-chime Chinese health balls, they emit zero noise during rotation. This solves the major pain point of traditional jingle balls that disturb colleagues or family. Perfect for quiet office environments, library study sessions, or winding down while watching TV at home - HAND DEXTERITY & STRESS RELIEF Regularly rotating these two pairs of fitness balls helps stimulate hand muscles, improve finger coordination, and relieve stiffness caused by hours of typing or driving. It acts as an effective, low-impact exercise to maintain daily hand agility and ease mental tension after a long workday - 4-PACK MULTIPURPOSE COMBINATION This set includes 4 natural marble balls in classic Green and Black (2 of each color). The compact 1.4-inch size fits perfectly in most hand sizes. You can keep one pair at your office desk and another at home, or share them with family members who need a simple way to exercise hands - PRACTICAL GIFT BOX PACKAGING The set comes in a neat, protective package, making it an ideal, thoughtful gift for office workers, seniors looking to maintain hand flexibility, or anyone needing a mental break. Each order includes our dedicated customer support, ensuring quick answers to any product questions ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BWDPM48G | | Benefits | Relieves muscle tension, stress and discomfort while exercising fingers and stimulating muscles | | Best Sellers Rank | 80,328 in Health & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Health & Personal Care ) 172 in Massage Balls | | Brand | Healifty | | Brand Name | Healifty | | Colour | Green, Black | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 65 Reviews | | Form Factor | Spherical Balls | | Is Product Cordless | Yes | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 35L x 35W x 35H millimetres | | Item Weight | 254 g | | Item weight | 254 g | | Manufacturer | Healifty | | Manufacturer Part Number | 8673006HM14U39MTK51UX3 | | Massage Therapy Technique | Rolling | | Massager Form | Massage Ball | | Material | Marble | | Material Type | Marble | | Model Name | 8673006HM14U39MTK51UX3 | | Model Number | 8673006HM14U39MTK51UX3 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Cordless | | Power Source | Manual/Hand-Powered | | Power source | Manual/Hand-Powered | | Product Grade | Home | | Specific Uses For Product | hand massage, stress relief, finger exercise | | Style Name | Traditional | | Target Use Body Part | Hand | | Unit Count | 1.00 count | | Use for | Hand | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Use for:** Whole Body - **Power source:** Manual/Hand-Powered - **Material:** Marble - **Item weight:** 255 Grams - **Brand:** Healifty - **Colour:** Green, Black - **Special feature:** Cordless - **Massager form:** Massage Ball - **Specific uses for product:** hand massage, stress relief, finger exercise - **Product benefits:** Relieves muscle tension, stress and discomfort while exercising fingers and stimulating muscles ## Images ![Healifty Baoding Balls 4 Pack, Marble Chinese Health Balls No Chime, 1.4 Inch Hand Exercise Balls for Beginners, Silent Hand Massage Balls for Relaxation and Concentration, Green & Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71f+UmO432L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely feel to these stone balls *by M***E on 1 June 2026* Arrived on time.
