Very good quality and durable product. It has been used by me in my office on the daily basis as I can listen to other things also going on in my department. Quality is very good and the sound quality is also very good. If you want to use it for movies and others stuff. For music, if you want a very good quality of sound and want it to be loud. It may not be very useful. There are no connectivity issues. The weigh good. Battery life is also adequate.

bought this WeCool headset after seeing some decent reviews, hoping for a budget-friendly option for my daily commute and work calls. I wasn't expecting top-tier, studio-quality sound, but what I got was genuinely unusable. First, the sound quality for music and podcasts is just awful. Everything sounds incredibly tinny and washed out, like it's being played through a cheap laptop speaker from 2005. There is absolutely zero bass, and when you turn the volume up even slightly past 60%, the audio becomes a distorted, crackly mess. It completely ruins the experience of listening to anything. But the microphone is where this product truly fails. I tried to use it for a few important work calls, and it was a complete embarrassment. My colleagues repeatedly said I sounded like I was "underwater" or "talking from the other end of a long tunnel." The mic is so poor that it makes your voice sound distant, muffled, and robotic. To make matters worse, the noise cancellation is non-existent. The microphone picks up every single background noise – the fan, a distant car horn, even the rustling of paper on my desk – and amplifies it, drowning out my own voice. It's impossible to have a clear conversation unless you are in a perfectly silent, sound-proof room. Honestly, this headset fails at its two most basic functions: providing clear audio and enabling clear communication. I regret this purchase and will be looking for a replacement immediately. Save your money and look elsewhere.

A value product for 789/- Worth the price. 1. It really has a great bass and surround sound EDM and Pop Songs sound best !! 2. Mic quality and noise cancellation are good too 3. Earbuds are lightweight and fits comfortably 4. Battery Backup is great. Easily gives you 5-6hrs+ playback on a single charge. 5. Latency is around 60-80ms. Sometimes you may feel it. So it is okayish. The only feature that needs to get improved is the vocal sound quality in songs. The original voice of the artist gets reduced a bit. (in terms of loudness) It has a kind of immersive sound experience. But still the background music and bass sounds a bit loud than the vocals, so the final output seems to lack something. But keeping its price range in mind, that's way too good. So if you like to hear the voice more than the background music, it may disappoint you a little. Otherwise, it is a GREAAAT product. At this price it surpasses all the expectations. Really liked it! IMPORTANT NOTE ! My review above stays intact. But do know, that after 2-3days of use, the left earbud stopped working. I replaced the item. And after 1 day of use the right earbud of the new product stopped working also. So I had to return the tws. (There was no physical damage on my part) So I can't assure you on the durability. Else remains same.

Excellent headset, wow loved it. it doesn't actually sit in ear canal and block every other voice. It does not make me feel vacuumed in ear. I do not have to worry about headaces... Excellent sound quality, very clear.

Mic quality is not upto the mark

Did see the reviews about loose etc but took a chance since I needed one such - to use during morning runs on quiet roads (I use another wecool - a wired mr.bass model - for other in house needs - that has lasted todate since 03/2021). This has been perfect for me in both fit (first time trying on, it did feel too tight but was snug enough post/days following) and sound quality (conduction/open, so it is not going to be as clear as in-ear earphones especially if a truck pass you by etc). I like this as the fit + design makes my run hassle free (nothing falling off, front/hands free, quick on/off/pairing & good sound yet alert to ambient noise/movements). The charge is lasting for use across days too so far (fingers crossed the long charge-ability remains).

I guess you get what you pay for... The first problem - the fit. The external 'buds' that are meant to sit *snugly* on the sides of your face near the ears. But since the entire unit is a fixed, 'all purpose' size, what this means in practice, is that unless you happen to be super lucky with your bone structure matching, you will never get the fit you need for this to be even *mildly* usable. In my case, the right side sat flush on the side of my face and the left side had an almost finger sized gap .. and I have a large large face ! I can only wonder how it would work for a 'normal' sized face. So .. useless from the start. I persisted anyway, holding the offending left eared resolutely pressed against my face. And found that even the lousiest earbuds I own (and I own far too many, for reasons I can't entirely explain, even to myself) .. were way way better. In short folks, please do NOT "go for it" ... to misuse a rather common (and oddly idiotic) phrase used in countless Amazon India reviews.

Worst product. It’s getting connected to a smart phone but voice can’t even hear with a maximum volume. I made a mistake in ordering thru Amazon as no option for return as well. worst product and even more worst service from Amazon
