Great for occasional large jobs
I bought this knowing I would hardly ever use it. Once or twice a year I buy a subprimal cut of meat and dry age it at home, then I use this knife to cut it into individual thick steaks. It works great, for this occasional and relatively light duty use. It’s very sharp, I made a sheath for storage so nobody would cut themselves with it, and you might want to consider some sort of blade protection if you get this knife. Edge retention seems good, long enough to cut large pieces of meat like whole briskets, Boston butts, and subprimal cuts of New York or Ribeye. Handle is moderately comfortable-good enough for occasional work.

Very lightweight & extremely sharp
Sharpest knife in my kitchen! Lightweight, very comfortable grip, cuts through prime beef loins, large A5 Japanese Wagyu loins and any other types of meat you put in front of it with just one or two easy strokes, not only is it sharp, it’s so well balanced it’ll make an amateur or beginner meat cutter look and feel like a pro! Nothing but Precision cuts, no more uneven cut steaks, or even worse, no more worrying about cutting through a 20 lb A5 Wagyu ribeye loin that costs $2000+ and your knife is too short and you cut so many times because of the thickness, only to find out that you sliced shavings off both sides while cutting and left with a bunch of uneven cut steaks and a ton of shavings which is a big revenue loss especially if you’re a butcher or a restaurant chef. This knife is perfectly balanced and glides through the meat with precise accuracy throughout every cut! Great value, excellent product! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jim

Makes meat cutting a breeze!
Great knife! Perfect for carving meat. It slices through 25 lb ribeyes like butter! Great handle that is nice and grippy, the blade is very large & perfect for large cuts of meat. Highly recommended!!!

Good 12” meat cutting blade.
Like the handle and balance and weight. Seems like a good value for the money. Had a little difficulty getting it out is the sealed package.

Super Sharp Knife For Butchering
Super sharp knife that really holds it's edge! I bought this to cut a prime rib roast into steaks and it's really the perfect knife for the job. I use it to carve my prime ribs when I make them as well. Purchased their knife guard which works but doesn't cover the sharp tip perfectly so have to make some adjustments when sheathing the knife. Overall it's a great knife for the money and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any knives in their line!

Excelente cuchillo para filetear carne
Me encanto este cuchillo, es el más grande que tengo, la hoja me parece de buen acero y excelente filó, el mango aunque no se vea de gran calidad es cómodo para su uso, lo he usado poco, para hacer cortes de carne parece que estás rebanando mantequilla, es más económico que muchos otros de iguales características, pero para nada corriente, lo recomiendo ampliamente para filetear cortes de carne cómo ryb eye, costillas, etc.
