Directions 1. Remove the game from its packaging. 2. Unfold the Iberia and South Korea maps and place them on the table. 3. Distribute the new Festival cards, High Speed Train cards, and other components as described in the rulebook. 4. Follow the setup instructions specific to the Iberia and South Korea maps. 5. Players take turns drawing and playing cards, claiming routes, and collecting rewards according to the Ticket to Ride rules and the new expansion rules. 6. The game ends when one player completes their personal goals or when the destination tickets have run out. The player with the longest continuous path of their color trains wins. I love how the two expansions play totally differently - it adds an extra layer of strategy without making the game too complex. It’s familiar enough for fans of the original, but unique enough to feel fresh and exciting. Ticket to Ride remains my favourite game! Review: Excellent map expansion for Ticket To Ride. - We bought this for Christmas as fans of Ticket To Ride, and while planning a summer trip to Spain. It is a very good expansion: I’m not sure that I’ve yet mastered the strategy of the Draft Ticket system, but the Festivals added a genuinely interesting twist to how the game plays out. Involuntarily we have found ourselves concentrating either on Festivals or Tickets, but clearly the winning strategy - which only Mason Junior has mastered - is to hold both aspects in parallel… they have won every game! Yet to get onto South Korea side of the board: we tend not to be that bothered about the B-side. Knowledge of Spanish geography much improved, as is to be expected! Absolutely recommend.
