good, I think. thought Enzymedica's Digest Spectrum might be better but actually, taking three of these little capsules, along with Enzymedica's Lypo Gold & Dr. Mercola's Organic Digestive Bitters... I have no problems!! so -- seems like a good product.

Follow the directions have one before your meals for it to work as described wished it worked a little faster

Pay a premium for the product, and especially from a doctor. It's not a complete profile of enzymes and it's missing the most important enzyme.
