The local birds are growing fat around here!** A: Hmm not sure - my new lawn is now 4 months old, this stuff has worked a treat BUT there's bird poop all over the place so I'd say probably no! :( **Q: can I grow the seeds at this time of year?** A: Yes we have put down two weeks ago and grew however not later when tempreture changes **Q: Has anyone bought the perfectionist seed and found a nasty coarse red fescue with rhizomes growing in their fine lawns?** A: Yes, I have loads! Must have struck unlucky with the mix. I'm going to dig mine out and patch repair. Will take while as there is a lot. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/63804217-1-5kg-lawn-seed-the-perfectionist](https://www.desertcart.is/products/63804217-1-5kg-lawn-seed-the-perfectionist) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
