Great slot car race track! Easy assembly! The cars are fast and stay on track at full speed. I’ve had no problems with track coming apart or the cars flying off as some reviews reported.

The kids have been loving this track. It was easy to assemble, except for the guardrails. Good news: you don't really need the guardrails. The cars have magnets that keep them stuck to the track, even when stopped upside down on the loop. Your little ones will have no trouble going full throttle all the way and keeping it on the track. The cars actually go pretty fast - it's not a toned-down track for babies. You can run it on batteries or with a wall plug. The plug makes the cars go a bit faster. Going on batteries only lasted about a week of daily playing before they slowed down at all. I did have one track piece that was missing a single metal contact. I temporarily replaced it with some 14 gauge conduit copper wire that I had leftover from some home projects. Later, I contacted the company directly for a replacement piece. They responded quickly and gave me more than I needed to fix the issue. Go ahead and choose this track. You won't regret it.

Overall, this track works really well. Even st full throttle, the cars stayed on the tracks pretty good. Goes together and apart really well. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the pieces come apart way too easily and we had to constantly keep popping them together again.

This is a true treat of a track. The cars are magnetic and realy stick to the track at hight speeds. The loops are just so cool and driving the track at night with the light up bridge is cool. I really like that you can make lots of track design. Me and my boy spend hours in making and racing.

Got this track for my son's birthday. I had memories of having slot cars at his age. I should have been cautious of the price. There are several fundamental problems. First problem we had, the power, either on battery or power cable, does not distribute to both tracks at once - so only one car can race at a time ... what's the point? Second, the housing of the cars prevents some cars from working. There's a weird thing you're supposed to do with these little electrical feelers, but they need constant readjustment otherwise the cars won't run. We took the car housing off them and they ran better - but as is - only one car out of four worked. Plus, this only works if you follow the exact set up they have on the picture ... no customizing your track configurations, the pieces don't match up. Also - as others have mentioned, the tracks keep coming apart. All in all - this was extremely disappointing for a birthday present. Please avoid.

It works. The cars are quick and have magnets that keep them on the track. I have two complaints. The main issue is the magnets keep the cars on the track at full speed. This might be viewed as a good thing at first but if the cars cant fly off the track then there is no racing to be done, both players can just hold the trigger down all the way the entire time. Might as well just have an on/off switch on the track. Secondly, the vertical loops rock back and forth enough to start pulling the track apart. Probably can fix it with some tape or something so this isnt a huge issue. Its functional and it works. I just wish we could actually race the cars. Nice that they included the power supply.
