Very nice

Sad drop in quality
Was a big fan of tramontina but this knife is so bad. Handle is badly finished and will cut you.

Better than vicrorinox 10cm Knife
What I liked the most is its built quality and precision. You can definitely go for it because I've used vicrorinox as well and I can confidently say that Tramontina is equivalent to vicrorinox and in some aspects better than vicrorinox.

iş görür boyu 3cm daha uzun olmalıydı keserken yeterli uzunluk olmadığı için ekşi mayalı gerçek ekmeği keserken bıçak kesme rampasından çıkıyor bu da dilimlemeyi zorlaştırıyor siz de bu durum da kesebilmek için bıçağı ekmeğe dayayabildiğiniz kadar dayamak zorunda kalıyorsunuz umarım elim kesilmez...

Not heavy like a cleaver, yet has more weight then a chefs knife. Can be used to debone chicken but chopping on bones may require effort. Blade steel seems to be good quality
