Bright and e elastic laces work perfectly in my running shoes. They eliminate tight/loose spots that can come with traditional tied laces. They work well in triathlons, making the transition from cycling to running fast and easy. Are durable as well. I have been able to reuse the caterpy laces in new shoes after my running shoes have worn out and had to be replaced.

After reading the many negative reviews on these, I was hesitant to order, but I’m so glad I did. My 11y/o son has trouble trying his shoes and I wanted to make his current athletic shoes more slip-on and easy to get in and out of. These are pretty great. Easy to install and they have stayed put and laced up really nicely. I did trim the excess off the laces and then took a candle lighter to the ends so they wouldn’t fray. My son likes these and they do the job, and that’s what I needed. They have taken the stress and frustration out of getting dressed. Win!

I don't really like wearing shoes. I am a dog walker, so I am in and out all day, and some of my clients request shoes to be removed in their home. I don't want to be tying shoes multiple times a day. I want to slip my shoes on and off quickly and easily. I really love these laces because they allow me to do just that. They are easy to put on. They are maybe a tiny bit too long for my shoes, but when I folded them in, they were a perfect fit and I don't think I would actually like them to be shorter. They allow easy tightening and loosening, and they feel thick and durable. Overall, I am super happy with them! Will buy more!

I really really hate tying shoelaces and don't feel I want to waste any time down there if I didn't have to, so over the years, I have tried several no-tie laces, all from Amazon. At first, I used (LOCK LACES), and while they gave me what I wanted, I didn't appreciate the "lock" being there hitting my show back and forth as I walked, so then I tried two similar brands (Homar No Tie Elastic Shoelaces) and (Diagonal One No Tie Shoelaces ), and these are pretty similar with an elastic silicone laces you'd individually install to replace shoe strings. And I actually LOVE these (either of them), but installing them took a LONG time, sometimes an hour, sometimes more, and because I changed shoes so often, I got really tired of wasting THAT time, so I tried these, and here are there advantages over the other ones: 1) They are very easy to "install" compared to the individual silicone laces. Took only a few minutes 2) Unlike the individual silicone laces, they are more easily adjustable. You tied one show too tight? no problem! Just untie and re-tie again! The elastic ones? ugh! It took forever to remove, and I often had to cut them to get them out, and it took a long time to put in another lace. 3) They glow in the dark and I feel safer walking outside when wearing them. 4) They stay in place, meaning they solve my problem of not needing to untie or tie every time I wear my shoes, I just slip them on and off easily, and I've been using them for 4 months and they never came undone. So my only issue is that they are bulky, compared to regular string laces or the elastic silicone laces, and I do feel them pressing against my foot sometimes, and that makes them something I wouldn't want to buy again, but if you're not bothered by these things then I highly recommend them!

Laced my shoes and then went for a 3 block walk. My shoes are actually more comfortable with these! They “give” when you walk and contract tightly enough without being loose at the heel. They are a little pricey but cheaper than buying new “step ins”! These make the shoes easy to put on but you still may want to use a shoe horn. Put your unlaced shoe on and then relace to help an easier adjustment.

This product is great even if you don't have an issue with tying shoe laces. Allows the shoe to slip on and off, you can also adjust the fit with ease.

Just received these and put in one shoe. The standard 30 in shoelace is about 12 inches shorter than my standard shoe lace that came with the shoe. Very disappointed in the length as I have wide shoes and a very high instep, which is why I bought the shoelace to begin with. It does seem to be staying in the shoe and I'm hoping the stretchiness will allow me to use them.

I love these laces. They work perfectly for me and I love the colors too!

My son struggles with fine motor skill tasks and it has been an ongoing challenge to try to find shoelaces that won't come untied. Came across these Caterpy laces and thought they looked great. I was right! Not only do they look funky, but they do exactly what they say they will. No more normal lace headaches ever again!

School shoes no laces...saves lots of time n worries. No more soiling laces in toilets n muddy fields. Could be a little longer so that all the holes are covered. A pity no adult sizes available for white.
