I’ve been really happy with my LifePro vibration plate overall. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ve noticed improvements in circulation, flexibility, and even muscle recovery since I started using it regularly. My only complaint at first was the constant beeping and built-in speaker—it was louder and more frequent than I preferred. But after doing a little research, I decided to carefully disassemble the unit and remove the speaker. Best decision ever. Now it’s exactly what I wanted—quiet, effective, and much more enjoyable to use. If the sound doesn’t bother you, you’ll love it right out of the box. But if you’re sensitive to noise like I am, and my German Shepherd, just know there are ways to make it even better. Overall, fantastic product and definitely worth the investment!

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

An excellent machine and well worth the money! When these full body vibration machines first came out many years ago they could cost around $20,000.00 - that’s the price my personal trainer paid for the one she had - just know this is one that should be kept in one place- it’s heavy and not meant to be moved from place to place. It’s so helpful for our health - lymph movement - it’s like a full body ISOMETRIC exercise machine. Highly recommend!

Bought this Lifepro vibration machine in June, 2025. Now it is Feb, 2026. It has worked well so far, except the vibration at top speed has become less "tight"- there seems to be more motion at the highest setting and when feet are positioned in a very wide stance. That is, the vibration is not as "fine"- there is more motion to the plate. This improves when feet are positioned closer to the middle of the pad. As a result, it feels like there is less stability to the machine as the stance widens. Still vibrates a lot though. I always use it at the highest setting of 99. It also makes a bit louder noise with the wide stance. Remote is easy to use. I still use it regularly and find it to be helpful after 7 months.

We used one at our daughter's house we liked how easy it is to use. My knee has been bothering me and my wife's hip. WE have seen improvements all ready. With the Walking, Jogging and Running setting it works. It also has a Lifetime Warranty low noise good Vibration.

I use it two to three times a week. It does everything I had hoped for - variable vibration speeds from gentle to more than I can handle, easy to use with the remote control, easy to step on and off. Feel refreshed and energetic after using.

I have used this vibration plate for two years now and I am super happy with it! It really helps me with swollen legs and leg/foot pain due to neuropathy. The remote control is handy so that I can select my own vibration level or select from various vibration levels that are pre-programmed. It is very sturdy and is still going strong after two years of almost daily usage. I like that I can use it in several ways depending on how I feel that day. I can sit in a chair with only my feet resting on it, I can sit directly on it, I can just stand on it, or I can stand on it and do squats or other exercises on it. This vibration plate has been well worth my money.

We have no idea of the product is any good or not because it's not compatible with the power supply in the UAE. The sellers total lack of product information is very frustrating. If you live in the UAE do not order this product as its 110v ONLY.

Brilliant addition to my rehabilitation equipment. Which is now considerable. Especially great for my legs and back. Useful additional resistance bands . Excellent explanation booklets and QR codes linking easily to numerous exercises at different levels of ability. This is my favourite, by far, item I have bought so far. Well worth the money

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!
