Great wheelbarrow!
This is a great cart, easy to assemble easy to use, narrow so it goes through narrow spaces. And itโs gorgeous to look at!

The Perfect Wheel Barrow
I ordered my Worx Aerocat on Sunday, and it arived on Tuesday. That's two days ahead of schedule, and during the Christmas rush! This wheel borrow almost flew out of the box getting here! I love the simple, easy to understand instructions Worx always provides. All pictures, nothing to read, Worx had pre assembled all the smaller more complicated pieces. It was a very thoughtful move on the part of Worx to do this. I had this wheel borrow out of the box, and put together in fifteen minutes. On TV this wheel borrow looks like it's made of plastic. But the Worx Aerocart is all steel construction, a stout, high quality product. This is no tinker toy The biggest feature to make me want this wheel borrow, is the special wheels that never go flat. Once I thought I had the perfect wheel borrow, I bought it late one autumn. I waited all winter, dreaming of the first day I would get to use my new wheel borrow. Much to my disappointment, the wheels were both flat come spring time. Then I had to go out and get that slime stuff to repair the flat tires. With the Worx Aerocart, the hazards of low tire pressure in the tires is no longer a problem. This is especially good for hauling big wheel barrow loads of cement. I've tipped over many a wheel borrow load of cement, because of wheel borrow tires that weren't inflated right. I would hit a big bump; and the load would either bounce three miles in the air, or the wheel borrow would fall over with me on the bottom. With the new tires Worx has invented, wheel borrow tire nightmares are over. The second feature that made me really want this kind of wheel borrow is the way it folds up. I don't think there's a wheel borrow anywhere that actually folds up! These days people need all the extra space they can get. To have a big wheel borrow for big projects, and then be able to fold it neatly away is an great benefit. I'm sitting here, gazing in awe at my Worx Aerocart. I know I will find many more good qualities about this tool, once I start using it. I can't wait to get the wagon wheel, and snow plow attachments soon.

Great Product. Very Durable. But, Be Aware of Weird Warranty Policy
Got one last month, and my wife loves it. Used it on an outdoors work project this week. We actually saw this on one of those TV infomercials 2 weeks ago. PROS: Very well designed. It is pro quality, not cheap junk like many others. Very durable. Made to last Lots of great features and optional accessories. CONS: The main bed of the unit (the gray part) is pretty narrow and bowl shaped. This has some disadvantages and limits its usefulness. For example if you want to move boxes around, they are rectangular and dont fit into a bowl shape very well. A wider rectangular shaped bed would be an improvement in my opinion. The manufacturer offers a 3 year warranty that in my opinion violates the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act. (For this reason, I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5.) When you get the unit, the instructions and included postcard tell you in tiny print, that you get 3 years of warranty, IF AND ONLY IF, you register your serial number with the manufacturer and provide your name, address, etc. etc. This also means that you only get 2 years of warranty coverage if you DONT do this. I have read and researched the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act, which is a Federal law that has been on the books for decades, and it puts no requirement on the consumer to register for warranty coverage. But, lately many manufacturers have been using this same tactic. I lost 5 years of warranty coverage on a heat pump system by a famous air conditioning company and filed complaints with them and with two state attorneys general about this practice, so I find this to be a flaw. Also, when I called them, to try to register over the phone, they required the serial number off the label, even though I had bought this product from their Amazon store. I dont agree with that either. This is the WORX store, so either this is the WORX company, or some importer is using their name without their permission. To be clear, they consider a purchase on Amazon the same as if you bought their unit at Home Depot, and requires the extra registration and serial number info and all your personal info to get the full 3 year warranty. Having said that, I did go through H.D. this week and they are charging more in store for this same item. It's a great product if you dont mind the warranty hassle, and if the manufacturer is not selling my personal data to some mailing list.

This is "really" a great Cart / wheel barrel!
Ok, let me see if I can clear up a few things. First off, after reading quite a few of the reviews, I "almost" cancelled my order thinking I was ordering some sort of Children;s PlaySchool wheel barrel toy. I couldn't have been more wrong. Here's the unbiased truth on this cart. If you are a Construction Worker hauling bags of cement or really heavy materials in bulk, DO NOT purchase this item. This is for the typical home owner that not only needs a wheel barrel that is stable and easy on the back, but a tool that can also convert into something other than a wheel barrel like a dolly, plant lifter or stone hauler. I've had two back surgeries and even though I have healed up great, this little gem takes all the weight and I am no longer limited when it comes to landscaping. Sure, the actual cavity could have been a bit bigger but I think the designers looked at the average amount of material people actually put in the "well" area and settled on an ergonomic design that really takes the stress off your back. I am 6'7" and the way this thing is built with the handles tilted upward, makes lifting and letting the bucket / well down with ease. I've had bags of stone, sand, wood chips and such in it and it has plenty of room to get the job done safely. The metal is rugged and thick and I can already tell this unit is going to last a long time. Sure, my other wheel barrel was HUGE but since it was so big, I couldn't fill it to capacity without worrying about the darn thing tipping on me. As a former power lifter it is not a matter of strength but a matter of stability over terrain when in use. I read on one of the reviews that the bearings came off the plastic wheels? As a former engineer, you would of had to seriously overloaded this cart or tried to use the trailer hitch ball on something with a monster tongue weight to dislodge the bearings. The way I see it, using this cart in a "normal" fashion will provide years of care free use. The fit, finish, and quality of this cart is great, Yes, I am sure that occasionally there may be a defect from the factory for some people but when I looked my cart over in great detail, I found NO faults whatsoever. Even a brand new 100 million dollar aircraft has an occasional fault here and there, show me one product in history that hasn't. Truth is folks, this little cart is great and I was even able to hang it on the wall in my garage using the hole on the dolly tongue.Took all of ten minutes to put together and test out all the features. Plus, it really is nice to just use this whenever I want and not worry about having to pump up the air filled tires anymore like the one on my old wheel barrel. By the way, I didn't use my old wheel barrel that much so it sat in the garage for weeks on end but with the AeroCart, I use it for other functions quite a bit and I have since sold my old dolly, made a few dollars cash, and freed up some room in my garage, Would I recommend this? Darn right I would!

Amazing versatile product
It is really useful. I really like the versatility of the tool. It is a little more expensive than regular wheel barrows but the multi functions is much appreciated

I really want to like the cart but it has issues.
I like the idea of this cart, the size is good for me too. BUT, on first use today both cotter pins that hold the wheels on popped off. I found one and tried to put it back on. It appears the cotter pins are the wrong size. They will not go on all the way and pop off. I had to use wire and make my own so the wheels donโt fall off. Picture is of my homemade cotter pin. Also, I went to adjust to use the dolly function and the orange knob on the lock pin (says PULL on it to unlock) came off. There is no way to put it back on. The pin is too short to hold the pull knob. I can still unlock it, just have to use a screwdriver to wedge in and push the lock pin out. It is very inconvenient.

Great leverage and weight distribution!
I only just got this, but I am very impressed! The weight distribution and leverage it provides is amazing! I was able to easily move several large boulders and heavy, rock-filled buckets with ease. Itโs super easy to switch the wheel positioning which made my yard clean up easy between hauling, lifting, and carting things away. The handles are nice and long, so I was able to pull it behind my back or push the load. It seems very heavy duty so far, so I feel like it will last.

Perfect for smaller jobs. Multi-functionality a great bonus!
This is a great wheelbarrow/dolly for someone who doesnโt want to wrestle with a really heavy load in a standard wheelbarrow (this holds maybe half as much as a big wheelbarrow) and who doesnโt have a lot of storage space in their shed. Itโs really easy to assemble and disassemble and I love the fact that itโs multi-functional. Iโve already used it as a wheelbarrow, a dolly, and a garden bag holder โ the only function I havenโt tried is the extended arm and net for moving heavy items (but if that works like the other features, I expect it to be a success). I also purchased the clips that let you fasten your shovel or rake to the side while transporting things (very handy), and Iโm toying with the idea of getting the wagon conversion kit and perhaps eventually even the snow-pusher conversion kit. My neighbour mocked me for not getting a big four-wheeled wheelbarrow like hers (admittedly less tippy than a standard two-wheeler) but I havenโt had a moment of regret โ Iโve got exactly what I needed and more.

Well made, easy to assemble, and works as stated. Perfect!
The WORX Aerocart is perfect so far. I used it to help move two cords of firewood dumped in the driveway to store for the winter. Itโs amazing how much can be loaded into the cart, and it does not try to tip over like conventional single-tire wheelbarrows. I canโt wait to try out the dolly feature to move boxes and other items.

Great value, heavy duty
I havent used this yet, but it assembled in just a few minutes, exactly as in the diagram. Its very heavy duty and has lots uses. The model i ordered did not come with a seat, but i will order or make one. The only downside is that its a bit smaller than anticipated, maybe 70% of a regular wheelbarrow, being the only reason I dont rate as a 5.

The perfect wheelbarrow and dolly
This cart is great for me, a woman who is getting older. I am able to move dirt, stone etc and not break my back.
