SO VERY GOOD!!!
I love this so much. I put a little Hershey’s cocoa unsweetened in there and it is to die for and I don’t make it to a true muffin. I make it kind of soupy and I need more but so expensive.☹️ I can’t post a photo because I ate it all🫣

Not for everyone but definitely for my sister!
My sister loves these things and they are convenient for her. I personally think they are not good but everyone’s taste is different!

Fast, Easy, Delicious - Choose 2
I really wanted to like this. It is fast. It is easy to use. It is relatively cheap for a fast healthy dessert. The problem is it just doesn't taste that great to me. Lets start off with ease of use. All you have to do is add in some liquids to the pouches contents, stir and microwave. It is so simple my kids could handle this without messing up. The whole process from opening the pouch to the microwave beeping its completion takes just a handful of minutes. I love the simplicy of not only the instructions but also the ingredients. According to it's packaging it uses very basic and real ingredients which should mean this thing is healthier. I also like the fact that the protein content is up there for a dessert typically made with just flour and sugar. My biggest challenge with this dessert is the taste and mouthfeel. It tastes chocolatey but with a wierd aftertaste that I just can't quite pin down. In addition the texture is like eating a slightly soggy brownie. That can be good some times but here combined with the taste it really drags it down. The only way I was able to really make this work was to load it with some ice cream. It wasn't half bad with a scoop of vanilla but it just didn't shine for me.

Yummy gluten-free snack, good ingredients
I got these chocolate fudge mug-brownie mixes because I like the short, natural ingredient list, and it's nice to have a dessert option in the pantry for when my sweet tooth kicks up. These packets are definitely convenient. With 8 in a box, they will last a long time. All you need is 1 Tbsp butter or oil, 2 Tbsp water, a mug or other cup, and a microwave or oven. I imagine most people will opt for the microwave, but there are directions for conventional baking as well. The ingredients are why I really wanted to try these. The list is short with only 7 ingredients, gluten-free (made w almond flour & tapioca starch), and no unpronounceable stuff. I made mine in the microwave. I melted 1 T (14g) salted butter in the mug first, then added the packet, then the water. I stirred it up, then nuked for 80 seconds and cooled for 2 minutes. It came out like a moist yet cakey brownie. I enjoyed the chocolatey flavor, although at one point I did get a slight bitter taste which could only be the baking soda, so maybe I didn't mix it well enough. I did not find the texture to be gritty at all as other have mentioned. I like products made with almond flour though, so maybe the other reviewers were noticing that slightly mealy texture. The biggest drawback to these for me if they pack a lot of calories. With the butter, they're 360 calories for what I consider to be a small snack. I know it's probably because of the almond flour, which adds relatively healthy calories, but this will definitely be an occasional snack for me and not something I'll be indulging in every day. At $28 for this 8-pack, which comes to $3.50 per packet, it's a little on the high side but not out of bounds for a quality gluten-free product.

Gritty texture
I was excited for this but to be honest it’s got a really gritty texture that was gross. Wasn’t a fan especially for the price.

YUM
Great dessert for times when I really want something decadent that is not good for diabetics. It is Paleo and it is tasty.

Yum! Rich and fudgy!
I’m sharing a photo of how this Stellar Eats Grain-Free Fudge Brownie Instant Treat in a Cup looked after microwaving, and while it appears kind of messy and less like a brownie than I’d imaged, it tastes amazing, plus is so easy to make! I’m vegan, so I prepared mine with Earth Balance vegan butter (oil is another option) and water as per the directions. The first time I put all the ingredients in the mug and then microwaved, and the powder did not fully combine with the liquid, so I needed to stir and heat a tiny bit longer. I found it works better to stir it before microwaving, and then it comes out ready to go. It also develops a firmer, more cake-like texture by letting it sit and cool longer, but whether eating fairly immediately or letting it sit, it has a gooey, fudge-like quality, and the flavor is rich, chocolatey, and really delicious! I love the simple, real-food ingredients that fit my dietary needs, and am enjoying these so much! They fulfill my chocolate craving while still being reasonably healthy with the grain-free, almond flour base; and the portion control is nice too! Highly recommend!
