Consistent trips to bathroom, less bloating, less gas less indigestion. I eat healthy but the older you get the less digestive enzymes the body has. Scientifically proven. Ingredients PREBIOTIC BLEND this is where it all starts lay a good foundation PROBIOTIC BLEND 12 TYPES: This assortment of probiotics stands out compared to other brands. From trial and error I have found certain strains work for me I look for LACTOBACILLUS RHAMOSUS as an example. Supports feminine health helps with yeast infections personal experience. Hard to find in a quality supplement. The other strains in this product I'm very impressed with. Without naming them all the types are very diverse and I've not seen in any other brand some of these strands. I'm a label reader.
