Do the bandaids and tape actually stick?

I didn't get a chance to use the bandaids. However, the stickiness of the tape is unreal. We used the medical tape to secure a makeshiled shade over our gps during a race in the Mojave desert. The tape was a pain to get off after

is there room to add things like ace wraps and more pills? if we removed the bandages and cause to another container would that free up room?

It is a really small box. You could add a small amount of pills, but not ace bandages. If you remove the normal bandages in the box, and Ace might fit. I suggest either purchasing an additional container or a larger kit to begin with.
