Works well… keeps meds cold for very long flights. Accepted by any airline I’ve ever used.

Needed to use this for travel purposes - only way to ensure the pre-filled injections were kept at their correct temperature. Indispensable.

This is essentially a huge vacuum flask with two gel cooling packs. I've yet to use it but trust they will work) I'll report back if otherwise). The flask is very bulky and will take up most of my hand luggage - I think it could be made much slimmer design which would enhance its effectiveness. I will probably keep the item because it's inexpensive but I do not feel that it is the solution to my problem regarding transporting insulin effectively.Update: I decided the flask is too big for my intended use so decided to return it, only to find that although unused it is unreturnable! I would caution you to be aware of this if buying as the fact that the item is non-returnable is not indicated anywhere on the site. I am now left with a large and unusable flask which I would not otherwise have chosen to keep and am disappointed at the lack of clarity from this seller.

This is basically a metal thermos flask with a wide opening into which you insert a preformed pair of containers of the Biogel. The latter requires water to be added before freezing to attain the optimum temperature.I find the container carries 3 Lilly Humalog pens with ease, enough to last me for over a month.The metal flask can also be used to carry other things when not loaded with Kwikpens.Very good value, and a very good idea.

Don't buy that product. And you can't do return. wasted money.
