I’ll start off with I’m a regular person who seems to be drawn to nice flashlights, I’m not a techie flashlight guru. This is a nice little light. I use it for walking the dogs and camping and really enjoy having a well made flashlight. It is easy to increase the brightness when needed, to the point where I can see approaching wildlife deer, coyote, skunks, etc. it’s also great as I can quickly engage turbo mode when a car is approaching while I’m walking the dogs. There is no doubt they see us 😁. This light has a broad wide light beam, and it is maybe 2/3 the size of the cheap small Duracell lights you see at Costco while being much much brighter. It easily fits in my jean pockets (6ft tall male). The light is noticeably warmer (less white(ish), slight yellow tint) than most other flashlights I’ve used. It seems like a more “natural” light color. I’m not going to drop this thing on a hard road or concrete just to test. If feels robust and well made and I think it will be fine as I also have the wurkoss TD01C, and have dropped that many times - it works great. The TD01C is the polar opposite of this light, the TD01C is a very narrow beam, but great at seeming 200+ yards away. I love the battery is powerful and lasts a long time before being charged, and most important of all is rechargeable with usb-c. The instructions indicate that in a pinch you could use this flashlight to charge another device (phone?). That’s nice if I was desperate or maybe stranded somewhere. Not really why I bought it, but kind of a cool bonus option. I will post again if things change, but so far I’m happy and glad I bought this flashlight.

This light is even better than expected. The body is a solid metal that has a nice heft to it. It's still light enough to carry everywhere but has that "this thing can take a beating" feel to it. It's a great size too and not much bigger than the massive 5000mAH 21700 battery. This would be a great flashlight to walk the dog with or use on a camping trip. The tailcap is magnetic so you can stick it to things to get work done. It comes with extra o rings and a wrist strap but I prefer it the way it is. The pocket clip is really solid. You can rotate it to the spot you want but it's very firm. This is a positive in my opinion. The output is very bright and it didn't ramp down too quickly in my tests. Even after getting warm, it was plenty bright. This light is a flood style so it lights up the full area in front of you instead of just a single spot. My favorite feature is that you can take this from it's default stepped mode into a ramped mode for brightness. This means when you hold the power button it will go brighter till the top. Once it's there, it'll blink to alert you then it will go darker. This allows you to pick the exact brightness you need. I also found that this is how you can keep it in moonlight mode. If you set it to its lowest and turn it off (in ramping mode) then it will stay that way when you turn it back on. This is very rare in flashlights but so useful for having minimal light around the house and for preserving the battery life. Overall this light is way nicer than the price would suggest. Sure, this isn't a cheap light, but it feels more like a $120 light, not a $50 dollar light. I'm really happy with the light and plan to use this for many years.

Flashlights come in all shapes and sizes, but I think this one is a real contender for the best flashlight for the average person. The user interface is simple: press once for on, once for off. Hold the button to cycle through brightness levels. That's enough for most people. You can also triple press for SOS strobe and quadruple press for lockout mode so you can toss it in a bag or pocket and not worry about it getting bumped on. It's bright, rechargeable with a USB C cable, waterproof, the magnetic tailcap is super useful, and it even works as a battery pack to charge usb devices. The flashlight has four diodes with well thought out reflectors. The throw is good, clean, and bright. I don't go for high CRI lights necessarily, but things look much nicer under this light. Two things in particular surprised me about this light. Firstly, it stays surprisingly cool compared to a lot of other flashlights. I think that's a function of the drivers used here and the extra thermal mass. The second thing is this thing feels premium and stands out noticeably even among other Wurkkos products. The matte gunmetal color and the spiral tooling is something special. My everyday carry is the FC11C. I throw it in my pants pocket and it comes with me most places. I've bought a lot of them as gifts for people. The only thing keeping me from using the TS26S as my EDC is actually two of its better features. The 21700 battery is heavier, but it gives it more life. The larger business end puts out better light and lets you sit it down on the table nicely. You can throw this in a pocket no problem, but I feels the FC11C is still better for that since it's consistently sized and used a smaller battery. That and I don't use a flashlight every day. However, when I know I'll be using a flashlight I'll be using this one.

The short: It’s compact, decently powerful, but a little overpriced for me, otherwise, it does it’s job well as advertised. The long: Emitters and brightness: Always been a fan of the Nichia 519a personally. While it’s mostly average spec wise, it stands out with it’s very high CRI (color rendering index), and out of all my lights it’s generally the nicest looking. Colors pop out and even the tint is quite neutral. It being a 5000K light with the above features makes it great for replicating sunlight, or even for the occasional indoor photography. It’s overall quite bright at turbo, and while it’s still very floody (larger beam angle) the hotspot is still noticeably pronounced, giving you a more focused beam overall. It’s perfectly capable of EDC and you’ll have no problem lighting up anything within 50-100ft like a christmas tree. Size shape, and comfort: It’s surprisingly compact for having a 21700 battery, something that Wurkkos always seems to nail pretty well. The crown is a bit more pronounced than the rest of the body but it still slides in and out of my pockets without catching on anything. The overall build is quite comfortable and ergonomic, I like the spiral design and raised side button, which makes it easy to use without needing to guess heads from tails (especially in the dark, where it’s most useful). Temperature wise, the device gets hot fairly quickly when using “turbo”, although it should be noted that “high” takes significantly longer to reach those same temps, making it much more preferable to “turbo” for anything longer than the recommended 1-2 minutes. Battery life: The battery life of my device matches quite closely with the advertised numbers in the graph. More notably I’d say the medium brightness lasting over 12 hours is honestly one of the best parts of this light. My biggest concern with using any light for EDC is whether or not the device will last the whole day when I truly need it, and I think this light does a great job of quelling those concerns. Magnetic Tailcap and Clip: I like how strong the magnet is, just about anything that’s remotely flat and magnetic will hold this thing up. I’ve tried tacking it onto just about anything with stainless steel and it holds quite well, even on the less flat surfaces. As far as the clip goes, it’s pretty good and feels sturdy, the main thing I like about it is that it’s secured around the threading of the battery tube rather than holding on via tension. I don’t often use clips or lanyards though so take that opinion with a grain of salt.

I’ve been a fan of Wurkkos flashlights for a while now, and the TS26S is another fantastic addition to their lineup. I also own the TS25, which is a great light in its own right, but the TS26S takes things up a notch with its boost driver instead of the TS25’s linear FET driver. The key advantage here is that the boost driver in the TS26S maintains consistent brightness levels regardless of battery voltage, making it more efficient and reliable over extended use—especially when the battery starts running low. Performance-wise, the TS26S delivers an impressive 3100 lumens with a beautiful 95CRI 5000K tint, providing excellent color rendering and visibility. Compared to the TS25, the beam is slightly narrower, which gives it a bit more throw while still maintaining a nice balance of flood and hotspot for general use. The magnetic tail cap is a great touch, making it super convenient for hands-free use when working on projects or in emergency situations. Build quality is top-notch, as expected from Wurkkos, and with IP68 waterproofing, I have no worries about taking it out in rough conditions. It’s compact, powerful, and reliable—great for dog walking, camping, and everyday carry. If you’re looking for a small but powerful flashlight that provides stable output and great efficiency, the TS26S is an excellent choice—especially if you appreciate the benefits of a boost driver. The TS26S is the latest Wurkkos flashlight to use both high CRI emitters and high efficiency driver electronics. It's an example of Wurkkos stepping up their game and listening to customers, which I appreciate very much. It's a versatile light. It's capable of both very high output and very low output and holding down the switch while the light is on will change modes. There are also blinky strobe/SOS/beacon modes, though I don't use those. The flat tailcap is magnetic, so for example if you're working on your car, the light can be stuck to the hood. A pocket clip already attached though for me it's just a little too big to carry all the time in my front pants pocket. It's still compact for a light of it's power. Charging the light is easy with the USB-C charging port and the switch has an indicator that turns red when the light is on and low on battery. The light can even act as a powerbank. The battery capacity is 5000mah, which is large for a compact flashlight though not very large for a powerbank. The Nichia 519A LEDs are known for their high CRI (color rendering index). If you compare this light side by side with a low CRI light, the difference will be clear. Under the TS26S, colors will look more vibrant, especially reds and browns. For tasks around the house, this helps the most when I'm looking at wiring or searching for something small on the ground. The four emitters are behind a TIR (total internal reflection) optic and provide a smooth, flood-type beam. While Wurkkos says the light can reach up to 191 meters, at that distance the light will be pretty dim. That's consistent with how all flashlight manufacturers rate their lights. For me, the TS26S is useful up to about 100 meters. If you need for a longer range light, I would look at the Wurkkos TD05 or TD01C. The TS26S uses a "boost driver" to increase the voltage from the battery to the voltage required by the quad-emitter array. Boost drivers cost more but in my opinion it's worth it. This more efficient than some other designs and the output is held at a steady brightness, the exception being turbo mode which must step down to avoid overheating. For me the high mode (just under turbo) lasts for about 2.5hrs until it begins to drop as the battery runs low. The fit and finish is good. The anodizing is even and the threads of the tailcap turn smoothly. Mine has no defects in the machining. In terms of value, I feel the TS26S is fairly priced considering the overall build quality and features. You can pay less for a quad-emitter light but you will likely have to give up integrated charging or power efficiency. So I would recommend this flashlight to anyone looking for relatively compact, versatile flashlight for distances up to about 100 meters.

A very well designed handheld flashlight and great value for the price point! All my sources say the brightness holds up to what's advertised. Personally, I believe it, because I can still see spots after I witnessed the turbo mode reflect off my hand. 5 light modes with intuitive enough functionality but do note that this requires some experimentation to understand. Bit of advice to future users: unscrewing the tail cap even slightly will instantly disengage the battery. That's just smart design and it shows they considered how this thing can get uncomfortably hot when left on too long. TL;DR Never forget to disengage the battery when not in use, lest it turn on in your pocket. Heats up quite a bit after a while, but for the size that's to be expected. It is handy for pretty much all situations and is a beast so this has been a rather satisfying purchase.

If you need a good, solid, reliable (so far), nice weight, usb-c, and plenty bright (to me anyway) then this may be a good light for your needs. This light has good throw, with a somewhat slightly more narrow beam i think. I like the tint / color of the beam. It is more of a white color beam. It comes with a big battery ready to use. When charging and when using the light, the button changes color to alert stage of charging and mode. If you leave the light turned onto the highest setting, it gets hotter after 5-10min towards the head of the light. You can still hold the light if you hold the light towards the base / bottom part of it. You can also charge things (like a phone) if you plug a usb-c cable into the light and your phone. It is supposed to be waterproof...but I won't test this. The battery life is pretty good and doesn't overly drain. I like the grip on it also, it feels nice in the hand with grip that you REALLY feel. The button has a nice click. This light changes brightness levels gradually like a dimmer switch up / down by holding down the button (instead of brightness changes directly without being gradual). I really like that as opposed to manually clicking through each mode, as it gives me a better idea of when i'm at the bottom and top of the brightness range by holding down the button. I like the magnet built into the tail also. It's not the strongest magnet, it won't stay up if you put it on it's side on something metal (it will slide down), but if you put it on top of something metal, it gives it that little extra stability to stay in place. The modes are pretty straightforward, including an eco / moon mode, which is nice for a really low light setting (just hold the button down while it's turned off). From there you can access turbo mode, highest setting by double tapping the button. Then you can access in between modes / brightness levels by holding down the button while it's turned on, which acts like a dimmer switch raising / lowering the light level. Tap the button 3 times for strobe mode. You can also change the mode settings from gradual dimmer change to a step mode by tapping the button 4 times. I personally prefer the gradual dimmer mode. This light just seems like a great durable, dependable, work horse of a light. I will update the review if something changes after longer term use. I don't know how this light compares to others for the price, but I'm sure it's comparable or a good value for the money, maybe better than others for the price.
