Good quality. Taste nice. I use it once a day before going to bed. I used this as oral health routine recommended by Dr. Ellie. I feel it is helping improve my oral health using it for 2 months Now. No complaint easy to use squeeze bottle. I just hope it is priced cheaper as it is quite expensive.

Too soon to judge effect but I love the measuring of the dose, squeeze the bottle and the 10ml dose is dispensed in the neck. Gentle action as your clean your teeth

Great mouthwash and works with a program I'm following - though is worth half the price than what is sold here and on Amazon. Have found it cheaper elsewhere.

I specifically ordered this 532ml bottle because of the 0.05% fluoride content as per the product description & photos, instead I was sent 1000mls of 0.02% fluoride. Exactly what I didn’t want! Aside from the disappointment, this has been a waste of time & limited personal energy. Amazon supplier please correct your inaccurate product description & photos to save others from this time wasting & misleading experience.

Great to use on the Dr Ellie Phillips regime. Used her regime for months and pain gone away. Dentists difficult to find on NHS so this process is a god send.

I’m using this as step 4 of Dr Ellie Phillips’ Complete Mouth Care System, which is used twice a day. The dentist who put this together doesn’t get a penny from your purchase, or from the manufacturer for her endorsement. I have been using this product in tandem with the other 3, namely step 1 Ultradex original, Step 2.Crest anti-cavity original toothpaste, Step 3. Listerine original, or Cool Mint, followed by Step 4. ACT 0.05% Fluoride rinse for about 6 weeks now. Yes it works. Teeth are super smooth and whiter. In addition, you must use Xylitol often for short periods during the day. It all makes sense and you see the difference in the look and feel of your teeth within a short space of time. ACT is a tad expensive due to being a non UK product, but the other products are not. As Dr Ellie says “ Kiss your Dentist goodbye.”

Liked that it does what it is intended to do. Taste is bearable, and easy to use. Thought that it would come with top sectioned off to use as stopper but this one was not like that. I bought it thinking it would help whiten the teeth but I didn’t notice any difference. I liked it otherwise but value was too high. I would order again I received a gift card but not out of my own money. Other than that if you don’t mind the price and you don’t mind your teeth not getting any whiter, it does what it is supposed to.

This ACT Restoring mouth rinse tastes minty pleasant, not too strong or weak, nor too sweet or bitter. I use it as directions indicate. Once a day, rinse for a minute, then spit out and no eating or drinking for 30 minutes. At this time I cannot say whether or not it helps restore wear on my teeth because I have used it only a few days. Neither can I say whether the fluoride in the rinse discolours my teeth. I may follow up with a review after I have used it for a longer period of time. It is more expensive than other rinses I have used, however, the amount needed each day is small and it should last a reasonable length of time. If it helps mineralize my teeth in a month or so, then it is worth the cost. Greatly appreciate it arrived intact, wrapped well to prevent leakage.
