I found this product to be as advertised. I use three scoops, which I need to take with food. I started conservatively with one scoop for a couple of weeks and then upped it an additional scoop for every week after that. I stopped at three scoops in the morning, but with the larger amount going into the stomach, I needed to have food. I don't mix the product into anything, I just take a mouthful of water and a scoop full of powder. I found that the colostrum is effective. It helps with post-workout soreness, allowing me to continue to work out the next day. I definitely don't fatigue easily in the gym. I have not found it beneficial for hair growth or nail growth at this juncture. Maybe that will occur later down the road. I've only been on a colostrum supplement for a couple of months. The unflavored colostrum is pleasant tasting. I like that there is a larger scoop in this particular brand, so you're actually getting a larger serving of colostrum than you would with other brands. (So for every scoop of Cowboy colostrum, it's like taking two scoops of the other brand). I like the quality of this product. There are no additives or fillers.... Which is why it doesn't mix well....But just buy a frother and it'll all be good.

Very effective, helps with pain relief, has many health benefits according to my research, tastes great, has a good texture, and at a great price! I have purchased this more than once, and will continue to purchase it. The strength is good, not too strong, and has a nice taste. 10 out of 10!

Tastes fine/good - clean ingredients. Completely subjective but I feel great after taking it for about 4 weeks now.

I'm really having mixed feelings about this product. On the one hand, it's pretty enjoyable mixed with my morning coffee - the chocolate flavor gives me a nice shot of mocha first thing without the need for any sweetening - other than the monkfruit already added. On the other hand, mixed with hot coffee is the Only way I've been able to use it!! I've tried multiple liquids - hot, warm, cold - doesn't matter - this stuff does Not dissolve!! It clogged up my frother miserably. Even in my coffee, it takes a Ton of stirring & mashing the clumps against the sides of the cup. Someone said it's like putting cottage cheese in your coffee - tastes better but yeah, I agree. I haven't noticed any health benefits because it's such a pain to use that I need an extra shot of patience before I can even talk myself into having it! For the money - I don't think this'll get a repeat.

Sharing my experience bc I was really excited to try this as a first timer to colostrum. This stuff is delicious first of all. I mixed it with oat milk and it was like crack to me. I love the transparency of the company and knowing what I purchased is ethically sourced. I’ve been taking the supplement for almost 2 weeks and while it seems packed with nutrients, my hair seemed to fall out more. It’s possible that I’d see a positive result if I continued. However, I won’t be repurchasing to find out because I can’t deal with the fatigue and brain fog that comes with it. Just putting this out there in case someone also experiences the fatigue and is confused about possible causes. I don’t think it’s specific to this brand but for anyone trying colostrum for the first time, be aware there may be some side effects. Not sure if it was Herxheimer reaction but I was tired as if I had the flu. Not even my ADD meds plus Celsius could combat it. I tried switching to night but I’d wake up incredibly groggy. It felt like taking a combo of NyQuil and Benadryl with how fast I got sleepy. This could a pro from someone who struggles to sleep though. If I didn’t have a bad reaction to the colostrum, I’d purchase again.
