Pillow did not inflate to measurements. No instructions to advise of expectations of how long it would take to expand. Smaller than the picture shows. Don’t know the front from the back

I have used this pillow for almost a for year now. It took me awhile to get used to it but it has made quite a difference for relieving neck pain. It's the only pillow I will use now! The three star rating reflects the poor quality pillowcase. The zipper has broken on both pillowcases, in less than a year. The company initially said they would replace the pillowcases and ,after several weeks, contacted me today to say the warranty was no longer good and they wouldn't replace them. Considering the unique size and shaping of the pillow, this is really the only pillowcase that fits them. I noticed the ad for the pillowcases said they're made with a high quality zipper!!!! Just another poorly made product with no concern for durability.

Like the pillow very comfortable. It’s low on the bed but I elevated by putting the pillow on a pillow wedge love it.

It’s a cover for the foam. If you want a real pillowcase, you will have to make your existing pillowcase slimmer by sewing it down the long edge.
