*READ IF YOURE HAVING ISSUES WITH WIFI OR REMOTE* Aurzen has amazing customer service so dont hesitate to reach out to them with any issues or questions. I had mine answered through email between 9pm PST - 2AM PST. 1) I had wifi connection issues from the start. It wouldnt pick up my Hotspot or home internet. I contacted aurzen support and they sent me a file that I can plug in to the usb. It updated the projector in a few minutes and my internet worked. 2) The remote is weak. I had new batteries, even tested them on other remotes but the signal is bad. It only worked on the right side of the projector. When I let them know about this issue, they quickly offered tips AND told me they will send a new remote if none of these tips work. I truly appreciate the customer service. Now on to the projector itself. I did return mine but not because its bad. The picture quality is nice for the price. I ended up exchanging for the one with RokuTV. The basic Linux model is the one im reviewing which will have Disney+ under "Myapps"...Netflix, YouTube are readily available. If you need more apps I suggest getting the roku version or using your roku tv/firestick if you have one. The projector sound is pretty impressive too. I still opted to use a bluetooth speaker though. I love the autofocus. I could have my projector in an angle and it still projects nicely. I could go on about this projector. I will update how my other aurzen projector does in a few months. I know certain projectors end up burning out. **4 month update on my projector** still great and no burned out spots!

We have three of these projectors mounted on our ceiling. We use them to project images and videos for various performances and events. There's a lot to like about these projectors: • Solid construction. These replaced older, more expensive projectors and they are way more solid. • Brightness and color. These guys are bright and the image is vibrant. • Connectivity. We use USB ports due to the nature of our media and events. Connecting a drive or USB stick is simple and we never have an issue with the projector not recognizing the drive. • Flexibility. We have them mounted upside down and facing large white walls. They auto-focus and auto-correct the corners really well. I had to make some minor tweaks on ONE projector to set the cornering, but it was super easy to adjust. Other than that, they were ready to go out of the box. • Wifi & Bluetooth. All three of the projectors connect to our PA system via Bluetooth. Also being able to connect to YouTube, Netflix, and other available apps helps when our clients or artists don't have the properly formatted content. • The remote is large and sturdy. Accessing the menus and settings is a breeze. Some of the things I don't like: • Non Looping. Our events go anywhere from 6-8 hours and not having the ability to loop one video file over that period kinda stinks. This MAY also be an "operator error" and there MAY be a way to do it. But I can't find anything in the manual or online. For now, I just make enough copies of the media to cover the time frame. • Mirroring/Airplay. The projectors claim to have the ability to use mirroring and airplay. There is a menu to set it up. However, I've yet been able to make airplay work. Again, this may be operator error, but the time and frustration spent trying to make it work for an event made me want to chuck the thing out the window. OVERALL - I'm happy with these projectors. They're bright, easy to set up, the auto-correct functions, connectivity, solid, and just work great! The gripes are just "me things". The good things about these projectors totally outweigh the gripes.

Started as a great product. Love the picture and sound quality. Connected my WiFi and fire stick just fine. But after a year and half of use it just cut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I even cleaned the filters on the back and it still wouldn’t start back up. So oh well guess I’m shopping for a new projector.

I absolutely love this projector. It was very easy to set up and the picture quality is amazing. It has built-in apps such as Netflix and YouTube. Obviously the brightness isn’t amazing if there is light in the room, but at night time, I always put this on and the quality is very good.

Some specific features of this projector attracted me to it; auto-focus and the "smart" features, mostly. Out of the box, I was pleased to find an HDMI cable included as well as some cleaning aids. It included some long cotton swabs and microfiber cloth. The lens itself has a nice durable cover that is some form of rubber, so it should be durable as well as protective. I like that the lens is recessed into the unit and doesn't stick out like an older projector I have that relies on manual focus that can be tricky to adjust just right (especially with my less than 20/20 vision. I also noticed there are filters on the air/fan intakes/exhaust, which is a nice touch. Starting it up was fast and its auto-focus was quick and accurate. One of the setup screens talked about data collection, but upon some reading, there's an easy way to decline it, if you're concerned about that kind of thing, which is what I did. It connected to my home wifi on the first try, entering the password. The picture is plenty bright on the standard setting, but does have a "brighter" preset if I need more. In dark environments, this projector was plenty bright. I was impressed by its built-in speakers. They were very clear and crisp and loud enough at pretty low settings. I didn't try cranking it up too high yet, but I'm sure it can get louder than I'll need given how it was at the near lowest settings. There a few preset audio configurations as well, but I've been using the standard preset so far. In terms of the smart features, there are quite a few possible apps to install. Netflix and Prime Video are the two I'd most use. I wasn't able to find Vudu, Movies Anywhere, or PBS Kids. It looks like the selections are more internationally focused, so I'll stick to those 2 or simply stream from my phone. The casting was incredibly fast. I have an older Chromecast which takes 5-10 seconds to connect at times, but this connection was within a couple seconds and fully responsive. This will probably be my go-to way to watch content on the projector as I'm already logged into the services I'm subscribed to on my phone. The remote is a typical streaming/smart tv remote (though batteries were not included) and was very responsive. There aren't many manual settings beyond audio and video preset. But, it also includes a manual focus option, so if the auto-focus doesn't work right, for some reason, it's nice to be able to tweak it. Over all, I'm very impressed with this projector; it's a clear upgrade from my portable, much more manual projector. It's ease of use will encourage me to use it more frequently as well. Definitely happy with this product, so far.

I've had this projector for a few weeks now. Overall, it's a good projector with good quality for the price. However, if you want something that can play all day in any amount of light, day or night, I would look for a different projector or invest in a projector screen. Furthermore, I recommend purchasing a Fire TV stick or the like for a better streaming experience with this device. Video and audio quality: We use this projector in our bedroom, shining on a beige wall ~10-12ft away. The quality of the video output is solid in a dark room or at night. The brightness and colors stand out well in the dark or dimly lit room. However, the video is hard to see during the daytime. If the bedroom light is on or the blinds are open on a sunny day, it is hard to see. If you want to watch this during daylight hours, I recommend a projector screen. Audio quality is decent. We increased the base and treble, which improved the output quality. However, I think the speakers in my Samsung TV sound better. One thing we did notice was that, while running the projector at full brightness for ~1-2 hours, the video started showing black spots and looking as if there was burn-in on a TV. This issue did go away after turning the projector on and off. I don't recommend using full brightness for extended periods of time. Smart capabilities: While this is marketed as a smart projector, the streaming capabilities are limited. The built-in apps like Netflix and YouTube work well. However, streaming on Disney+ and Hulu with the built-in apps feels clunky and outdated. These apps were not optimized well for this projector. We ended up buying a Fire TV Stick for streaming with the projector, which improved our experience. I recommend using a Chromecast/Fire TV stick/Roku for a better streaming experience with the projector. Start-up process: The auto focusing feature works fairly well, but the auto keystone correction is decent. We found ourselves constantly manually adjusting the keystone to our liking. Furthermore, you have to connect to the internet every time rather than it auto connecting. While it saves the wifi login, you have to go into the settings and connect to it every time, which is annoying.

used it a few times, its great the kids love it when we do a proper movie night now. the projector is super easy to setup and straight out of the box you are up and running. i have it connected to my sky tv box to view netflix and disney and even the upcoming world cup. the picture quality seems very good, the auto focus or keystone is great and effortless. all in all very good. also got a soundbar to go along with it, i was a basic soundbar that i have connected via bluetooth but it really does improve the overall sound quality. I have recently bought a projector screen but haven't used it yet, but i suspect it will improve the picture quality even more.

La calidad de imagen es muy buena del 1 al 10 le daría un 8.7. Excelente para el precio. El sonido es muy bueno y el diseño es bonito, pesa un poco para su tamaño lo cual hace alucina qué el material es de buena calidad. El único pero es que si se calienta mucho, pero el ventilador no hace ruido o al menos no es perceptible.
