If you are an organizer: this is the bag for you if on a budget.
TLDR: If you like to organize every single thing and are on a budget then this is the bag for you. If you like throwing your stuff into a bag and rooting around for it, find something with larger dimensions and less pockets. Single/2 kids in diapers: yes. Multiples in diapers: no. Multiples past 2 not in diapers: yes.Update: I've had this bag for nearly 2 years. Would absolutely buy again, and would like to get another for the next baby due in May. This bag became the "family go bag" after our youngest potty trained. We grab it every day we leave the house for any extended period of time. Also, the mesh absolutely held up. Nothing is broken or ripped 2 years later!!I'm an avid organizer. I love this bag. I was a traditional baby bag mom (never again) until I was given a backpack. I fell in love but it was 💩 quality and didn't last so I looked into a new one. I'm also broke at the moment so I needed durable but affordable. I'll bullet point the good things first then the eh things.Good:-Even though it is smaller it holds a lot. Mary Poppins comes to mind.-Fantastic quality of everything (I am wary of the mesh because duh *mesh* so I'll come back after some time. Update: it survived a weekend getaway to the beach so far!)-So many pockets that at first I lost track of how many there were.-All zippers, snaps, and buckles(stroller straps), and clasps look to be of sturdy quality.-All seams look great! Everything is reinforced very well.-Padding on straps is thick.-Pockets are all different shapes and sizes/depths. I can't get over this one. You can do all sorts of arrangements because of this.-The included changing pad is better quality and bigger than most I've seen.-The length of the straps (for over the shoulders) is very long. I feel like longer than normal. So this will fit beefier people. I like to make them large then tighten to my comfort and this is perfect.-Security pocket is such a cool feature! The eh things:-It isn't as big as it could be. I feel like a few more inches in width (as in perpendicular to your back) for some pockets (specifically at the base of the bag) would be beneficial. Its just tighter than what I'd like it to be at max capacity. But hey, it still holds a ton. For a low profile, it's perfect. For multiple kids in diapers, not so much. I'd cap it at 2 depending on how much of a preparer you are.-Some of the insulated pockets are tighter to fit wide base cups into. It fit, it was just a hassle. There were multiple other cup pockets they got into easier, just no insulated ones.-The straps aren't as wide as my other bag and that is something that could be improved but they aren't narrow either. They are comfy regardless. In the pictures I had in the bag: 13 pull-ups (4 overnights, 9 regulars), 1 swimmy, 3 things of butt cream (don't judge, I have a rashy kid), 2 things of sunblock, small bottle of bug spray, 1 mostly full pack of wipes, 1 water bottle (1pint), a sippy cup, 6 masks of different sizes, a box of bandaids, antibacterial ointment, sanitizer wipes, chapstick, pain reliever bottle, 3 pairs of shorts, shirts, socks, and undies, and the included changing pad. There was plenty more room too. Lots of empty pockets. Definitely recommend.I used it for a weekend getaway and it did the job beautifully!!! I only needed 2 bags for the toddler, this one for all his stuff and the other for his "occupy himself stuff"/toys. Perfect!

My 2nd babbleroo bag! Lifetime customer!
Long review, but if you’re on the fence about which diaper bag to choose, read it!I bought my first BabbleRoo bag when my youngest daughter was a year old. We had another diaper bag backpack, but I just didn’t like it. It didn’t keep things organized and it also had a rod in the top that I’m sure was supposed to make it more durable and zip better, but it poked out of the material after 6 months. The bag also hurt my back to carry it for long periods. As a mom of then 5 kids, I needed a quality bag that would hold up and keep things in place and not break the bank. I searched Amazon tirelessly for a week before deciding to give this one a try. From the moment I opened it, I was in love! There are pockets, just the right size and in the right places, for everything! It makes it easy to go out for the day or even on a long trip. I’m expecting my 6th baby now, and I ordered the blue camo one for him. The first one is still in like new condition despite all that it’s been through in the last 2 years— but these are so perfect for trips, that I wanted my new baby to have his own! We’ve been out of state multiple times over the last year, and packing my girl in this bag is always a breeze... I have room for a week or more of clothes for her, 2-3 pairs of shoes, a medicine bag, her shampoo and lotion, extra little hideaway pockets for socks and hair bows or smaller accessories, and diapers and wipes. Everything stays organized too. The pics don’t do it justice, but there are 4 large pockets that hold A LOT... all with extra smaller pockets inside to store little items and snacks or extra cups and bottles.Plus, there’s the front pocket for bottles and sippy cups too, and it will hold a small medicine bag, extra snacks or a pair of shoes etc. The 2 side pockets will hold your water bottle and the wipes.. there’s also a hideaway pocket in the very back that zips vertically. I stash extra diapers and my wallet in there. The backpack straps are padded, making it comfortable to wear on your back, even for long periods. The zippers are super nice and glide with ease, even when the bag is stuffed full! After 2 years of use, multiple long trips where I stuffed it to the brim, and daily outings, my first one still looks and functions like new.It also has stroller straps and they aren’t flimsy like a lot of backpack diaper bags. You can’t beat it!!! Order it! You’ll love it...We will use our BabbleRoo bags for many years to come! We love BabbleRoo!

Great Value Backpack with Tons of Storage
Overall, this is a very good backpack with a lot of storage pockets, and for the price it’s definitely a great value. It has many compartments to organize everything you need, especially when traveling with a baby. The included changing pad and pacifier case are a nice bonus and make the bag even more practical. The size is a bit smaller than I expected, but I chose the 26-liter version, so that’s on me — still plenty of space for daily needs. The material feels durable and water-resistant, and the grey color looks very nice. Zippers are smooth, and the straps are comfortable to wear. The insulated bottle pockets inside are a big plus — they keep bottles warm or cold, and they’re easy to wipe clean if anything spills. The backpack arrives vacuum-packed, so at first it looks a bit flat and not perfect in shape, but after filling it up or giving it a bit of time (or light steam) it forms nicely.Overall, excellent quality for the price and a very functional everyday travel diaper bag with great organization. Highly recommend.

Comparison Summery
I am actually going to do a review of 3 bags in hopes that this helps others that are looking at multiple brands that look the same. We purchased:1. Babbleroo "Diaper Bag Backpack, BabbleRoo Multifunction Large Baby Bags with Changing Pad & Stroller Straps & Pacifier Case, Unisex Stylish Travel Back Pack Nappy Changing Bag for Moms Dads, Gray" (BBR-199) aka BR Square2. Babbleroo "Diaper Bag Backpack, BabbleRoo Baby Nappy Changing Bags Multifunction Waterproof Travel Back Pack with Changing Pad & Stroller Straps & Pacifier Case, Unisex and Stylish (Dark Gray)" (BBR-139) aka BR3. RUVALINO Neutral All-in-One Baby Bags for Boy Girl, Multifunction Large Travel Backpack with Portable Changing Pad, Stroller Straps, Pacifier Case and Insulated Pockets, Dark Gray (XH1688DG) aka RuvaTLDR: we chose Bag #2, BR.Summary:Bag 2 v Bag 3Bag 2 and Bag 3 look the same on amazon, but there are small differences. Before I summerize, let me say over all these two are great bags with 6 total bottle holders, lots of storage compartments, padded straps, stroller straps, and all the other features listed in Amazon. They even come similarly packed with the same burp towel present. It makes me think they are made in the same factory or same supplier. I am only pointing out nuances that are not obvious when looking at them one at a time on the computer screen.Pro of Bag 2 over 3-thicker shoulder strap with mesh material-Stroller strap buckles are bigger and feel more secure-front metal zipper feels thicker and of higher quality- leather zipper is of higher quality and added metal rivet adds to the confidence of durability-material seems higher quality-more internal pockets on inside flapsPros of 3 over 2-side wipe pocket has a zipper-included changing pad is much higher in quality with a head cushion and a zipper pouchBag #1I was actually surprised and glad we ordered all three to compare, because I thought this was going to be our obvious winner. What we liked:Access to the bottom of the bag through a zipper along the back - we thought this was a must have.Structure on the bottom of the back (feels like plastic piping linedWhat made us say, "it's nice...😐"The square opening which we thought was a must have was nice and structured, but when we played with bag 2/3, when unzipped, it provided as much, if not more access to contents and we were not as restricted by the structured square openingThe stroller strap buckles on Bag 1 was smaller than Bag 2 and same size as bag 3There is no extra front zipper compartment nor hidden zipper in the back.Same quality change pad as Bag 1 (we assumed this bag was an upgrade to #1)Things we wish all bags had/did better:Have a chest strapHave a waist strap to help position the bag betterHave a longer shoulder strap. All the straps seemed to have the adjustable plastic fastener situated at our chest/arm pit.Have a zippable divider that separates to the top from the bottom with access to the bottom aka two levels of storageHave the main compartment zip all the way down for complete accessWas a little larger (my walmart backpack is 28L which is perfect size to me).In summary, all three bags look great and have great features for our expecting twins. Based on all the positive reviews, I don't think you can go wrong. For us, the ranking is Bag 2, Bag 3, then Bag 1 for our use. My wife and I like the extra zipper internal compartments (she plans to use it as a purse when out with the babies and wants all the storage she can get). All of the things we thought would make Bag 1 our preferred choice wasn't as critical when we factored in the limited access the square opening causes and the less compartment. We chose quality of material of the bag over the quality of changing pad (don't get me wrong, bag 3 was not bad or mediocre, think 9 vs 8.5 on a scale of 10).Hope this helps others who may not have the luxury of buying their top 3 choices to compare.**Note in the pictures the order from left to right is Bag 2, Bag 3, Bag 1**

BabbleRoo Diaper Bag Backpack – Hands-Free Baby Essential perfect size. Highly Recommended
The BabbleRoo Diaper Bag Backpack is one of the most popular baby registry and baby shower gift items because it’s basically a fully organized “on-the-go baby station” in backpack form. It’s designed to replace bulky diaper bags with something hands-free, practical, and easy to carry for errands, travel, or hospital days. Most versions include a large main compartment, insulated bottle pockets, stroller straps, a changing pad, and multiple organizing pockets (often 15–18+), which helps parents keep everything separated and easy to grab quickly. What I really like about is it has tons of storage with very organized pockets, it comes with changing pad + stroller straps included, Insulated bottle holders for feeding on the go and has comfortable backpack style (hands-free carrying), it is durable, and water-resistant fabric for everyday messes.A few things to consider is has lots of pockets which can feel overwhelming at first, it can get heavy if it is fully packed, it is not a luxury fashion diaper bag (more practical than stylish) and the zipper organization takes a little getting used to.Other then that it is a super practical, high-value diaper bag backpack that’s especially great for first-time parents or baby shower gifts. It’s one of those items that gets used daily and makes life noticeably easier.

Good find, perhaps a few too many pockets...
I did a lot of searching on Amazon before picking this bag. I needed to replace my previous, $180 higher-end diaper bag after my dog chewed the strap apart. As a momma to an almost one-year-old, a diaper bag holds your entire life lol, I knew I wanted a bag that was durable and had good organization. This bag can hold a lot! I was impressed after pulling it out of its dustbag-- much better quality than I was expecting. It's about the average size of a backpack but looks pretty thin from the side (rather than a huge bulging bag on your back like my previous bag). I will say there are possibly a bit too many pockets and I feel like I'm going to be going through various pockets to remember where I put certain things and definitely won't use all of them. I do like how the front pockets are kind of hidden for anti theft prevention. I am a bit disappointed about the zipper quality, it feels like they could break after awhile or if I opened one too quickly but we will see! Overall I'm very happy to have a new diaper bag that still looks stylish, gender neutral so my husband won't look ridiculous when he's carrying it, and not spending over $50 for something my dumb dog might end up ruining. Also the burp cloth gift was a lot better quality than I was expecting, it says and seems to be 100% cotton and it's a nice, thick muslin-type fabric (also gender neutral) which was very thoughtful of the seller!

Love the little pouch for the pacifier
By far the best diaper bag that I have used. So much room to hold the diapers, wipes, and a change of clothes. But also plenty of room to hold my mom cozy, bottles, and formula. My favorite feature is the little pouch for the pacifier!

The stitching and zippers appear to be of good quality.* Affordable Price: Compared to some other diaper bag backpacks on the market, the BabbleRoo offers excellent value for the price, considering all the features it includes.Cons:* Bulkiness: When fully packed, the backpack can become quite bulky, especially for smaller framed individuals.* Limited Exterior Pockets: While the interior organization is excellent, some users might find the number of exterior pockets a bit limited.* Changing Pad Quality: While functional, the included changing pad isn't the thickest or most luxurious. It's adequate but could be better.* Zipper Quality (Potential Issue): Some users have reported issues with the zippers snagging or breaking after extended use. This seems to be an occasional issue, not a widespread problem, but it's worth noting.Overall:The BabbleRoo Diaper Bag Backpack is a great option for parents looking for a feature-packed, stylish, and affordable diaper bag. Its spacious interior, included changing pad, stroller straps, and pacifier case make it a highly functional choice for everyday use or travel.Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsRecommendation:If you're in the market for a versatile and well-organized diaper bag backpack, the BabbleRoo is definitely worth considering. It offers a lot of value for the price. Just be mindful of the potential bulkiness and the possible zipper issues. Overall, it's a highly recommended choice for parents on the go.

Aufteilung hervorragend, etwas instabil
