Carhartt Utility 28L Dual-Compartment Backpack Black

First things first I would like to say that this bag is amazing. I made my first purchase of this bag, I believe sometime in 2021 and I am purchasing it back in 2025. The one I had in 2021 is still going strong, but I just wanted a new one. I love how functional it is and the size and the overall look of the bag. Quality is amazing and it holds so much. This is also a perfect school bag as it can hold your laptop and even your iPad and soooo much more.The front pocket also is designed in such a way that it can be used a pencil pouch. It’s also good for persons who travel a lot and would love to take advantage of the space available when using this bag. It’s so easy to clean I recommend using a damp cloth. Such a good value for the money. I recommend so much. I usually carry a lot of weight and this bag was able to withstand that. I also love the bottom material because it’s so easy to clean and preserves the bag if you happen to rest it on the floor.

Baought this for work to be able to lug laptop and other stuff to and from work vehicle. As always its carhartt quality so its top notch. Its comfortable to carry to the car as well. Zippers are very stout and can be pretty rough reed uo without worry. It keeps all my stuff organized and laptop separate from everything else. Very well played out and the pouches are separated from main compartment which I love. Its versatile as heck and tones of space. Priced perfectly for what your getting quality durable and looks great.

Okay. Here is my honest opinion. I am giving this backpack a 5 star! The material is thick. Zipper quality is great! I cant complain about the price, this brand always holds it's Value. Storage capacity is perfect. However if you are someone who likes to keep all your Electronics in it. Consider getting a bigger size. Besides that, I promise it's sturdy enough to keep your laptop safe. If you travel a lot this is your bag. Unless you need a bigger size. Lol

Amazing! Love the laptop compartment in the back. Won’t lie it does fit a 16” laptop but you will struggle. When it rains it pours this backpack held its own but be advised it is not water proof. Great backpack for the price. The straps are very durable and zippers work great.

Man this backpack is perfect for work , I’m able to carry most my tools and helmet and vest inside that I need for building stages for concerts! Had so many pockets and the top front pocket area where you can leave a portable charger in and the wire comes out the small hole that’s built for the wire charger to go through! Amazing overall! It’s waterproof too top quality material made backpack! And comfortable too with the padding when wearing on back! Has also hooking areas on the straps to connect hooks

This is a fantastic backpack. I took it on a recent trip as my personal item on the plane. It held two laptops with the chargers, a Fire, two books, my wallet, medicine, a rain jacket, and it still had room! It is tough and durable (as to be expected with Carhartt). I will be using it for years.

Perfect school backpack for my high school son. So durable and great pockets. Love the laptop compartment with side zipper access so it's easier to remove. Myson had a deluxe Jansport for 1 year and straps were separating from fabric.

I use this as my usual everyday backpack for work. I travel a lot for work so it is to be noted that the pouch for the laptop sleeve has a smaller opening than the room inside. It is very comfortable to carry and is made very well with quality zippers and nice thick material where it matters. It could use an extra organization pocket or two in the main compartment but overall meets the expectation for keeping things organized for its cost. This bag is a little more pricy but it is to be noted that it stands up to the abuse.

Brilliant bag, perfect size for me and excellent Carhartt quality. It feels really durable and waterproof as described. The pockets and the laptop/tablet pouches are ideal for me.
