This is really nice massage oil. The smell is subtle and soothing. It works into your muscles very well and it feels great. It has a couple of different caps, so you can use the pump, or there's a squeeze top or just a regular cap, so use it how you prefer.

Rub it in twice daily to alive pain. Smells good & does not come off of your clothes.

Bought for at home massage therapy/sore muscles. It’s a great oil for massage purposes. It has a good glide & doesn’t soak right in. I noticed it provides a slight warming sensation, not like a bengay/biofreeze feeling..Just a pleasant slight warming to the applied area great for relaxing the muscles. Gave only 4 stars because I don’t really care for the smell but that’s a personal preference thing. I thought I would like it but the chamomile & arnica together is a bit much but tolerable.

This is great for sore muscles. Ive used lidocaine patches and ointments and arnica types of oils gets in deeper. Only thing that beats this is white flower.
