I find myself using this apron/smock much more than expected. I bought it to protect my clothes while cooking -- traditional waist-tie aprons never seem to fit right or cover enough of my top -- but I've found that it's also great to wear when cleaning, crafting, painting and gardening. The full coverage keeps me clean from neck to thighs, the side ties make it comfortable and adjustable, the two front pockets are handy for carrying things, and the clean lines and solid color (I got it in deep green) look attractive with anything else I'm wearing. Bonus: Unlike most aprons, this one covers my bottom, too. It isn't waterproof, but is water-resistant and washes up well.

It runs small. Not suitable for plus size or the well endowed. The fabric is ok, and very repellant- like it's been water proofed.

I use these to clean houses. Nice to have pockets and to protect my clothing from cleaning supplies.
