I have a hand/wrist brace but it's as stiff as a board and uncomfortable. Is this someone pliable at least? Thanks.

Hi, it depends how long you wear it. I wear mine at night while sleeping, so it's no bother at all. It is more comfortable than others I've worn, though. The only give is on the top of the brace, it provides very good support. Good luck!!!

I have large hands for a girl (usually a large glove), if you go by the wrist measurement guide does the brace still seem to fit correctly?

Yes, my hand is glove size large and small fits. My wrist is 6½ and my hand is 8¼. Plenty of room to tighten or loosen.

What is the difference between medium and medium-pack1

Medium pack 1 is for left hand. Medium is for right hand

this seems like a sturdy brace but i got the xs and the straps are so long they hang off the end a few inches. can i cut them or will they fray?

my wife states it's Velcro, so it won't Frey, and you can cut it. it's made extra-long so you can cut to fit
