It does the work it is designed for.

I've been dealing with sciatica and lower back pain for a very long time now. Have tried physiotherapy, trigger massage and a bunch of other things that help only temporarily. Someone had told me to start sleeping on my back to reduce the pain and I was struggling to fall asleep that way. I saw an insta ad for knee pillows and thought I'd give it a shot. I got this one, and the first morning after I slept using this, I woke up with considerably lesser pain than usual. While the sciatica pain still exists, I think it's gone down almost 80%. Earlier I couldn't press down on the trigger point with my thumb without screaming with pain, that's no longer the case. I'd highly recommend this for side sleepers
