Use this a lot. Easy to clean and assemble. Takes a little muscle to turn the handle.

I saw this tofu press used in a youtube video to press homemade paneer. If you're making diy cheese, this is a great help compared to finding heavier weights to press out the whey (liquid that separates from the curds). Easy to use, easy to clean, doesn't take up a lot of space. Just make sure to put the flat white plate on top of the cheese so the plastic screw presses it down. I also add a coffee filter on top of the perforated green box (before the cheese curds), so I don't lose any cheese if it's pressed down to the bottom. I use 1/2 gallon of milk to make cheese. This press is large enough to do more (1.5 gallons, possibly 2?).

Works great and priced much lower than some other brands. It presses tofu and does it well. No surprises here just works.

It does press tofu very well, but I found the fasteners and dial difficult to operate and adjust. I am a senior with only slight arthritis but getting the tabs snapped and adjusting the dial was challenging. This is my first press and the price was reasonable. I will give it to someone who is better able to operate it. I ordered a replacement of a different design

Unfortunately, I can no longer eat scrambled eggs, and I miss my Saturday breakfast burrito. I found a recipe for scrambled eggs using tofu. I needed to press the tofu to remove the water. This does the pressing with a turn of the dial. I'm back to my Saturday morning breakfast burrito. This is much simpler and less messy than trying to squeeze tofu with paper towels.

Macht die Konsistenz wirklich viel besser, aber am besten wird sie trotzdem, wenn man den Tofu für ein paar Minuten in Salzwasser kocht!

Ha dei comodissimi buchetti in alto per drenare l'acqua che in altri modelli non ho visto. L'ho usata sia per fare il mio tofu, che per asciugare quello comprato. In entrambi i casi è perfetta.

Works great. I use it mostly to strain home made yogurt, with cheese cloth. Presses tofu well.

Ça marche mais ce n'est pas facile de vraiment tourner la vis pour enlever plus de liquide. J'ai eu du mal. Il faut toute suite mettre le vis au niveau très bas pour éviter de tourner. Je l'ai utilisé pour un tofu fait maison (plus simple, moins de volume) comme pour un tofu acheté. Le dernier beaucoup plus dur. Ça mis du temps a être ferme, donc ne soyez pas pressé!
