Bought 2 chairs to go into our new home. I was apprehensive about the low cost for a genuine leather chair and figured we would return them if they were poor quality. I was very satisfied with the fit and finish and construction of the chairs. The seams are nicely sown and the leather has a nice finish. The only assembly required was to attach the 4 legs. Really happy with this purchase

One of the seatback cushions arrived visibly marred/(scratched?) in two places, despite having been vacuum packed in thick plastic for shipping.

Totally loved this loveseat. However, the low rating is due to the lack of response from the seller regarding a problem getting the pieces to fit together properly.Unfortunately, since I intended to keep this loveseat, I discarded the boxes before attempting to put it together.Turns out the product was defective and the pieces would not fit together.Tried to contact the seller to work on alternative options as I did not want to return it. No response from the seller at all.Upon attempting to return, I discover that original boxes are required for the return in order to get the full refund. Meaning I would only be credited 50% of the purchase price. Yet another unforeseen issue with this purchase.Now I’m stuck with a perfectly good loveseat that I cannot put together due to a manufacturing defect.A very disappointing and costly experience. Save yourself the time and money by not purchasing anything from this seller.

I purchased the couch and loveseat. Very soft and comfortable, easy 2 person assembly with zero tools. Also durable with our German Shepherd.

The leather is exquisite, extremely comfortable and solid.

Very difficult for a single person to build the loveseat/couch.The instructions that are shown are wrong; but if you go to their youtube it will show proper assembly.Otherwise the furniture is quality for the price.

One star for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT- The description clearly states "Genuine Leather", product is definitely not genuine leather, nothing on the item is leather. Reached out to seller the same day we received. They are not easy to work with and claimed the description was accurate. In process of returning. I'll update.-Update- Seller agreed to send me shipping labels. I repackaged and returned. When seller received package they deducted $190+ in shipping costs. I reached out and they declined my refund. I reported to Amazon and received my refund w/in 24 hrs.Lesson Learned.

Pillows came vaccum sealed. After unsealing i can’t get the wrinkles out of the leather. Thought they would come out in a couple of weeks but they’re still there. Makes the new sofas look old and cheap. Please suggest how to get the wrinkles out.
