I had to add snaps to the chest strap to keep it from coming loose while I'm working out. The hook/loop fasteners for the ice pack pouch are constantly coming loose, even when I'm not using ice. Did the prescribed exercises for rotator cuff, which helped some. My arm/shoulder would still scream at me in the morning, just not as loud.
