Mindful Eating Portion Control Flatware - for weight loss bariatric diet

These are nice, quality utensils with a nice weight to them. These are perfect if you have had bariatric surgery and need the smaller utensils but don’t want the plastic baby spoons. These give you the size you need but allow you to still have adult, sturdy utensils. These wash up nicely by hand or in the dishwasher and the carrying case is perfect for transporting these in your pocket or purse if you are going out. Nice wider handles so easy to hold on to.

I like the silverware a lot. I can easily pack'em up in my lunchbox. They're easy to clean just like any other eating utensil. I feel they can assist with keeping me mindful of my changed and improved eating habits, however, I wind up throwing one of the spoons away. I didn't notice it at the time, but that is the reason there is one less spoon in the pic than what the product says comes in it. By any chance, if I can buy just one of these will the company please reach out to me? I already searched for it through Amazon, but I didn't find that exact one. I still want it to match the other's. They're very nice items to have, but be careful to make sure you don't leave'em behind if you take'em on the go or accidentally throw'em away like I did.

Love this Bariatric set of flatware. It helps with portion control and pace of eating. Well made and nice for caring in lunches, or use for everyday at home. Love the caring pouch. Planning on getting a second set! Comes with 2 full sets of flatware, and a carrying/storage pouch.

Perfect if you are trying to be more mindful of how much food you put in mouth in one bite. It's easy to hold and very sturdy. I love that it comes with a set of two and a travel bag. I definitely recommend if you have had WLS.

If you are looking for small eating utensils this is a nice set. The fork seems a little bigger than I expected but it has served its purpose. They have a nice weight to them so they feel sturdy. The knife is not as easy to cut with as my other knives. I have had them for several months and have no issues in the dishwasher. The storage pouch is nice to use when you need to pack food and take silverware with you.

Yes, yes, yes!!!! Wish these came in larger packs, these are great for portion control without looking like you are using baby utensils. I didn’t think there would be much of a difference until I use regular utensils, amazing difference, highly recommend!!!!

I love this set. I had gastric sleeve surgery and wanted adult silverware. These fit the bill! I did not want to use plastic toddler utensils and these have larger handles with smaller ends. I keep a set in the bag in my car to use on the go or at a restaurant. Easy to clean and durable.

This flatware set is great! I almost didn’t buy this set because of a previous 1 star review. But I liked the design, and I thought if the quality is as bad as that review says, I can always send it back, right? After receiving and using it, all I can think is that the other reviewer didn’t understand that bariatric flatware has a smaller “business end” by design. After all, we’re trying to train ourselves to take smaller bites, and the smaller capacity of the spoon and fork helps. The fork tines are sharp, as I think they should be, but the edges definitely are not, and there are no sharp edges on the spoons. And with the serrated blade, the knife easily cuts through meat and tougher vegetables.

These have been great to use after barriatric surgury to help remind me to take small bites. I like they are adult size.

Product came as expected. The seller contacted me to see if I was enjoying the product but at the time I did not had the product. The seller sent another set and now I have two sets and one for free. I really like how my food is well portion by this product I do recommend it!
