Unsalted Cannellini Beans – Pure, Creamy
The 365 Organic Unsalted Cannellini Beans are a high-quality choice for anyone who loves a creamy, mild-flavored bean that pairs well with a variety of dishes. With no added salt, these beans let you control the seasoning and get the pure taste of organic cannellinis. The 13.4-ounce can is the perfect size for adding to soups, salads, pasta dishes, or making a quick white bean dip. Taste and Texture: These beans have a soft, creamy texture that works beautifully in both cold and hot dishes. They hold their shape well, so you don’t have to worry about them turning to mush in your recipes. Pro Tip: For an easy and delicious side, toss them with olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Warm them gently on the stove, and you’ve got a quick, flavorful dish in minutes.

Unsalted goodness
I use these often, and I always come back for more. I put them in chili, chopped salads, soups, and stews (often vegetarian). I appreciate that they are excellent quality beans that allow me to choose my own level of saltiness, especially in chopped salads, where I use them whole. They are a good way to add some protein to meatless recipes. My favorite tabbuli-style salad: Chopped baby kale and parsley, cooked chilled quinoa, chopped tomatoes and cucumber, chopped yellow and orange bell peppers, chopped scallions (green onions), chopped fresh mint, drained and rinsed salt an pepper to taste, a few pinches of good ground cinnamon, fresh squeezed lemon juice/olive or avocado oil dressing (depends on what is in my pantry). Toss it all together, let it sit in the fridge for a few hours, toss before serving. It's a great "spoon salad."

Great eco friendly bean.
I liked the texture and taste. I think the packaging appears smaller than a can. I should have bought 2 for this recipe.

Sometimes crushed in deliveries
Great value for unsalted/organic. A Staple to have on hand for many recipes. If shipping/packaging didn't crush/dent the boxes/corners sometimes, they stack conveniently in the pantry too.

Good product
This is a smaller amount than a can. For one person it’s sufficient. Taste is good and packed in soft container which I liked as it’s easier to open than a can if you have arthritic hands. Good quality.

These are little white Cannellini beans that are packed in water, without any added salt. Comes in a Tetra pack instead of a can. Good expiry date. Pre soaked/cooked-ready to eat. A nice pantry staple to have-the flavour is very mild and they could be added to anything.

They are beans in a box. They get 4 stars for that. Decent texture and mild flavour.

A squash and bean chili called for this type of bean that we couldn't find locally and I bought these thinking they were raw beans -- they are not -- they are packed in water, in a box instead of a can.
