Good taste. Mixes well. Does not loose it's flavor with a lot of ice.

Its good but a little sweet for me

I have been using Native Path Hydrate every day for almost two years. First thing in the morning I have a 12 ounce glass. The program helped me reduce my coffee consumption and help me with hydration in high an high altitude environment.

It tastes wonderful and quenches one’s thirst. Again, ALL the Native Path lids are terrible! They need to be replaced!

This was purchased as I had read some research that encouraged mineral hydration to decrease nighttime bathroom trips. I haven't noticed a decrease in trips yet, but it's not unpleasant, so I will continue until the jar is empty. One thought is that it is quite strong tasting. I began using more water than the directions specify to tone itvdown.
