It works well. I'm on T-Mobile.
This phone delivers solid performance. The camera is really good. I'm impressed with it anyway I'm no expert on phones. It seems like it can take pictures almost an absolute darkness. Very impressive. I bought a umidigi g6 phone and it seemed faster, weighed less, and didn't get as hot as this one. But I couldn't get it to work properly on T-Mobile and ended up returning it. This one works just fine although I don't think it gets their "extended lte". Seems to make absolutely no difference for me and I'm in a rural area. The camera on this thing is better, this has gorilla Glass, this has a titanium chassis, it's just overall probably a little more solidly built and the cost was about the same. It is heavier, it's not very thin. It does get pretty warm when doing demanding things. The button placement is dumb, expect to take accidental screen shots just handling the phone. Overall it's a little clunkier in my hand than the g6 but hey it's working great I think we got a keeper.

Very pleased
Update - I just got my first system update since my purchase, the only issue I have with the phone is the fingerprint doesn't work correctly, but that hasn't been a problem I don't use it, plus the cost is well worth this phone. I will update again if the new system update correct the fingerprint, or if issues happen. This is a good purchase if you are a Samsung, Android phone user. Hope this helps. I have Qlink wireless that is on the T-Mobile service, I have always used Samsung Galaxy phones for years, I decided to try this phone to replace my Galaxy A20 that would not handle my files. Well, I have always had to call Qlink wireless to get a new Sim card to even change to another phone but the reviews said they put their T-Mobile Sim card in and was set. I prepared for the setup call when I received this phone but to my surprise it worked and I am very pleased with this phone, it works and runs as well as a $1,000 dollar phone, my wife has the Samsung 22 series and she is impressed with this phone. Everyone I have shown it to are planning to upgrade to this brand when there next phone buy comes around. I can't answer for any other wireless companies to work on this, but they do have a stand by customer service US number to help if you need assistance for setup or etc. there is a full refund if it isn't compatible with your carrier. Soo my experience has been good and it has been a month. This phone has so much I'm still learning. This is a brand new factory phone without all those crazy apps that are sponsored on carrier phones. I will definitely buy again and suggest to others, the space on this phone is unreal and can expect SD cards. Thanks for a superb phone.

Loose port?
I like the features & speed of the phone, but after 18 months the charging port is broken I guess. It won't charge unless I hold the charger in so I guess the port has come unseated on the motherboard. I think it's about a $50 fix which I'm going to do since a new phone isn't really necessary. 3.5 stars.

Great phone
I've had this phone a month now, and am very happy with it. I had posted a previous review that somehow couldn't be posted, maybe because I mentioned the name of my old phone. So I'll keep it brief and not do that. This phone comes with a case and screen protector, which was nice. The case fits ok, but it quite slippery. I hope there are others that come onto the market to replace it, but for now it's ok. The screen protector doesn't go all the way to the edge of the screen, which does lessen the protection from edge impacts. These were the only reasons I dropped a star on the review, it's really more of 1/2 star off. It is the same width as my previous phone, but noticably taller which gives more screen space. I'll get used to it. The camera does stand off from the rest of the phone, but isn't too much. That does actually make it easier to pick up the phone. I was using a 5 year old phone, so the difference in Android is pretty big. This seems to be pretty stock Android 13 from what I can tell. The camera is pretty good, lots of nice features and quality seems perfectly acceptable. Works with T-Mobile 5G which was another selling point for me since that was part of my plan I wasn't really using with my old 4G phone. Button layout on the left is easy to get used to, and there is an interesting custom button. The fingerprint reader on the lock/unlock button on the right side works very well. The other major selling point for me was a decent processor/ram/storage. I wouldn't call myself a power user by any means, but the phone is snappy and responsive. I really appreciate the fact I can use an SD card, but I likely won't need it with the massive 256GB of built-in storage. Love the large battery, it's nice to see some makers putting these in. There is no wireless charging, but that's not a big issue for me. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, which I am not ready to give up yet. Overall, I love this phone and it is a great bang for the buck. Ulefone seems to be a solid brand, and this is one of the newest in their lineup. I hope they keep up with software updates. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Do NOT buy this!
I bought one for myself and one for my husband. The hubs dodged the bullet and decided he didn't want to change his old phone after all. I, on the other hand, HAD no choice and kept mine. It's only been a few days and I soooooooooregret this purchase! The blue tooth connection is weak, app operation is like waiting for the circle of death to load, and navigation is not as easy as it can be. All In all, the worst purchase I've made. So, I only had this phone for a few weeks and wouldn't you know, the charging port went kaput! I took it to a couple of repair places only to find that it would cost more than the phone cost to replace. SERIOUSLY, stay FARRRR away from this phone! (I ended up buying a new phone which I am totally happy with)

I can't say enough about how much I love this phone!
I've only had it a few days, but it's flawless for my needs and the price is awesome! The screen is nice and clean with good graphics and great fluid response. It has quick response. I never use the speaker for listening or music, but I did test it and even though it's only mono, the sounds is very clear and sounds better than the other phones I've had with stereo. The battery life is pretty good. The camera on both front and back is sharp and clear. I live the fact that it has a programmable key in the left side that you can assign to up to three apps. The only critique I have is almost insignificant. The screen protector that it comes with, is a little small for the screen and leaves the outer edges exposed. All in all, the performance can't be beat in this price range. Get it! You won't be sorry!

Not impressed.
No wireless charging capability. Battery doesn't last long as expected after a full charge. Slow to charge. Accessibility to settings is awkward. Can't screen share with my television. I know getting used to a new phone takes a little time but there are too many small inconveniences to get used to enough where I think I will ever really like this phone.

Exceeded expectations.
Solid build quality, great value for the money, fast performer, high resolution display, beautifully made, comes with screen protector applied and an extra one, even the packaging is top notch, very happy with it.
