This book is okay it has a few good ideas, also a lot of useful advice I would recommend this book as it covers a lot of details you would never think of such as hidden costs and charges, the book is very easy to read and follow only issue is as it is American it can be hard to understand if certain subjects in the book effect you in the UK but at least it gives you an idea of so much stuff can't fault it really

This helped give me a few ideas that I hadn't thought of but did most of my wedding myself, so that saved me a lot. Did the research online myself.

I found this book very useful when planning my small budget-conscious wedding. Covers so many different areas, lots of useful charts and lists.

I saw this book before I got enagaged and knew it had some great points after previewing it. Once I got enagaged it was the first wedding planning purchase I made. This book offers real solutions and advice to all aspects of the wedding. It gives great insight on how to have a great and beautiful wedding and not break the bank at the same time. It includes lots of resources (websites especially) to refer to if you are interested. Also, it does a great job of covering minor and major aspects to the wedding. I enjoyed the section they had on flowers (explaining which ones are least expensive, breking them down by season etc.).

Lots of information in this book and well worth the cost.

Some common sense mixed with new things I wouldn’t have thought of

The tips are very helpful but some of the information or the listed websites are outdated. For example, I tried going to the wedding dress websites the book recommended but they no longer existed. Still a great read!
