After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant. I received the order fast, product is packaged well and presentation when opening was nice. Easy to understand mounting instructions and QR codes for the user manual. I had the unit mounted and programmed in under 5 minutes. To add users took me about 2 minutes each, we are not using the fingerprint reader on the unit. We opted to go with the tap cards. The unit came with 2 and we purchased additional 10 packs. Programming the cards to the profile literally took under 2 seconds. Very easy to use and exporting is simple. Put in the flash drive, select the period and done. I would recommend. Love it!

Such a waste of money! This is one of the most complicated, most stupid time clock I've ever seen! I had to throw this one away because even the tech team is clueless. I spent WEEKS e-mailing back and forth with their customer service, TO GET NOWHERE! I couldnt even get my money back because emailing back and forth with their customer service took too long and its past the window to return it. Horrible value for money, horrible quality, NOT easy to use, setup and retrieval of times are impossible. I cant say enough bad things about this company and their time clock!

I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS FOR SET UP AND IT WAS A BIT OF A PAIN, ALSO, THE TIME FORMAT AUTO SET ITSELF AND NIGHTTIME HOURS SHOWED AS AM HOURS. I WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT AS THE DEVICE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE HOUR FORMAT TO PM AND ALSO, I JUST DID NOT LIKE IT. IM RETURNING

No way to get around fingerprint scans. It wanted scans of all 5 fingers on 1 hand just to register id. It was awful. Returned after 1 day.

This time clock came ready to use right out-of-the-box, just as described. It call does not contain a physical manual. It does have a user guide that is accessible via a QR code that is located inside the box. The time clock is easy to mount. Set up and use is also quite easy. It offers multiple ways to interact with it, such as fingerprint, RFID card, and key fob. Overall, I would recommend this time clock.

Every day, I'm clocking my employees, because, every day, my boss is clocking me. It's really important that I get paid, and my employees take their time and money seriously as well. With something so important, you need an accurate machine that can deliver a crucial set of data efficiently. This thing was a pain in the neck to get programmed, and I wouldn't do it a second time. But, once you are in, you are in baby. No more rounding to the quarter of the hour.

This product does not get a star. These people should be sued for trying to sell products that do not work. I am on my second unit and let me tell you do not buy it. The customer service is terrible. They are searching for fixes for this unit but yet continue to sell it. Amazon you need to take it off your system immediately
