Defective Unit! Broke down 5 times in 6 months. Terrible Service.
Do not buy this product. I purchased the Kent Supreme less than a year ago, and it has already failed 5times in the first 6 months. Major components like the SMPS and Carbon Filter have already been replaced. Now, the machine is dispensing foul, bad-smelling water. The service team is completely uncoordinated—one day support tells me to pay ₹500 for a Post-Carbon filter, and the next day a technician visits and says the UV membrane is broken which is cost min 1100. The technician didn't even bring the spare part and it will takes 10 days. Since the unit keeps breaking down, it is clearly a defective manufacturing piece. Avoid buying this model unless you want to deal with constant breakdowns and poor customer service.
