This thing is so good at keeping drinks cold, I put in some ice water before bed, and when I woke up, I’m pretty sure there was a family of penguins setting up camp inside. It’s practically a portable Arctic Circle. Forget ice packs; just strap this to your forehead on a hot day. One minor downside: it doesn’t fit in my car cup holder. But honestly, it’s probably for the best. This thing is the size of a small child, and I don’t need that kind of distraction while I’m driving. Oh my goodness. I have never received such awesome, or quick, customer service before. I called Stanley because the position of the straw and sip hole in relation to the handle was a problem for my injured right hand. I was a bit disappointed when I was presented with the option to press a key for a call back. The call back came immediately. I wish I could have gotten the name of the person who called me because she is amazing. I didn’t do the best job of explaining the problem but she understood immediately and explained what I needed to do so clearly I could solve my problem with no problem at all. For all the other “lefties” out there there’s no need to request a left-hand threaded lid. Just position the “hole” where you want it to end up and twist. Easy-peasy. I have more good things to say, too. This cup keeps the ice in an iced drink frozen longer than the ice in the “other brand” 40 oz cup I purchased from my husband (because it had a romantic saying on it) and it’s lighter, too. Also, said husband accidentally knocked my cup, containing water, off the counter. It landed upside down and did not leak. It doesn’t fit in a standard cup holder but an adapter was easy to find.

Love the cup, color, product. It keeps my drinks cold. I love that it is spill proof and has a tight deal. The fact that it is dishwasher safe is a bonus. The reason I marked it only 4 stars is that my cup had a few scuff marks. There wasn't the ability to return for a replacement and maybe because I purchased during prime days. Scuff marks and no replacement option falls more on the seller than the cup.
